Mainly written in DASM and using my NES.h naming conventions. I'm also working on a program template at the moment. I'll be uploading a whole bunch of technical documentation somtime this week It's all in a single DOC folder so I'll have to organise it first. And somtime in the near future I'll get my hands on an EPROM burner and a nice digital camera and then I'll post a section on making DevCarts. if anyone wants to host this little project or contribute in any way fell free to contact me (geoshities is teh suck)

My collecting has tappered off as I focused on the Cube and now I'm pouring all my resources into getting my arcade off the ground ...... I still play a lot just not collecting at the moment.

Can't say I'll be happy to see Atari die again ....... but I will :P It's a real shame too because they made some great games under the Infogrames name But they have just released total shit under Atari.

I just had a great idea to foster a comunity at my classic Arcade. I'll have a weekly or monthly competition on a certain machine with prizes like t-shirts and promo stuff. Anyway people will have to register their 3 letter alias to compeat. Anyway I want to know what people here use I like hearing the stories behind some of these names because I use my actual name. Very boring, I know, but because my name is 3 letters long it makes sense Mine is Cye (pronounced Kai) What's yours ?

Yes thats the file thats used to make the hack. Don't try to overwrite it. It's used to make a "New" rom with your track. I'd suggest using a different name but you already did so I'm just as lost as you. Stupid XP.

yep. Sounds like the connector. Just make sure the game is clean first. Then before you buy a new connector bend the pins up on the old one, this usually works just as well. At long last I finally got past the invisible flippers Final score 160430. You lose the flippers at 100000 and get them back at 150000. I still haven't saved the princess yet. Does anything happen ?

I always thought 2.5-D was an isometric veiw like in Red Alert. Using 2-D to give the impression of 3-D.

Just tried it again and you only have to break the 1 brick. It also helps if you can see the pipe onscreen before you try this because the screen doesn't scroll while your in the wall. edit: if you press right while in the wall the screen will scroll.

I read your page a few days back and have been jumping backwards like a fucking idiot since then. WEEEEELL I just ducked and got it first go Looks like the buggy collision detection results from your head being below the brick and as you extend to full height your head gets stuck in it.
