Well at the risk of trying to being serious, I see that it's located in Quebec, so the person could be French-Canadian. If I'm correct in thinking that "la cartouche" is French for "the cartidge" then it is indeed female. In languages that assign genders to nouns you actually do say the equivalent of "he" or "she" in place of "it."

Gah! that should be skipping. Darned fat fingers! You may hang up, or stay on the line to obtain a special typing wand.

Or mash the keypad with your palm now.

I'd bet on Space Attack as the M-Network game.

Most of those already mentioned are in my regular rotation. Here are a few others whose addictive gameplay keeps me coming back while so many others gather dust.
Seaquest
Midnight Magic
Bump n Jump
Spacemaster X-7
Turmoil

IIRC from the other threads, they are not compatible.

I mainly just rely on what I happen to find locally and trade on AA, so I can't really comment on rarer games.
Some of the fairly common red labels like Crossbow and Sprintmaster That I would expect to have found by now, I've never managed to come across in all my hunting.
I did finally get H.E.R.O. almost a month ago thanks to a trade with a fine gentleman here at AA. It's barely left my Atari's cartridge slot the whole time.

BTW, Bastard is not an obscene word.
I agree, not obscene. It's actually one of my favorite borderline offensive (in some circles at least) terms. It just has a good sound to it.

I can't believe you just said that! -
Sounds like a fun project for a custom case design.

If you can't track down a hacked rom you might be able to at least see more of the game using save states. I haven't really gotten into emulators too much though, so I might just be talking out of my rear.

Yeah, sounds like a decent strategy to me. The only drawback is you're probably wanting to talk about games long after they're hot topics (and well before they're properly "retro"...)That's not quite true, there are other gaming forums where you can talk about N64 in the classic/retro section, that is-- if ur teh l33t!!!11

-As a side note, when we were kids, my brother and I would watch the smurfs and die laughing because we pretended that whenever they said 'smurf' it was to replace a swear. .Heh, Sort of like the swear filters that can be applied to forums, eh? e.g. Eat smurf and die, mothersmurfer!
Hmm... Joeysmurf just doesn't have the same ring to it.

I better bid $350.00 just to make sure I get the best possible price
Did you bid yet? I've got my $349.99 bid ready to go.

-
I've got an extra one in very nice shape I'd sell for that much, shoot I'd even settle for $15.

Even though you have your sights set on a 7800 right now, don't pass up a good deal on something else if it happens to come along. Especially if you think you might want them all eventually anyway. I've passed on a few things that, in retrospect, I wish I had bought at the time. Now, like a lot of folks here, I've got systems that I don't have games for and games for systems I don't have.
**achooo** careful the sickness contageous! -
Other than the weird jumping controls it really is a pretty impressive game for the old 2600. I know I've put a lot more time into it than I'd have thought I would for a Smurf game.

IS anything extra ordinary special about any of my games that I listed. Meaning can you give mea price for each one, please so I know what the cost is each compotent. I'd appreciate it.Extra ordinary, yes. Extraordinary, no.
(Sorry, couldn't resist.) They're pretty much all good fun games but not rarities by any means. You can check them out right here at the AtariAge rarity guide. You might get around $3 or $4 apiece for Skate Boardin' or Mario Bros and almost certainly less than that for the others. I suppose you might get an ebay newbie bidding war for Frogger or something but it's not terribly likely. The search completed items feature on ebay is a great tool.

I think I sent what was probably my ugliest cart to moycon. It wasn't quit
that scary though. However, it was a Mythicon game so it adds a little bit
to the horror.

Very nice. I love looking at peoples' gamerooms. Your plans look fairly similar to some of the things I've drawn up for when I finish the rest of the house and can start on the basement. Now I feel all motivated.

I also heard it pronounced Urine-nus. So, there must be some truth to this.True, true, then when you figure in the You're-in-us, pronunciation.... well actually I'm not sure if that helps the credibility or detracts from it.

Aside from the high price and dumb-looking red stripe design across the "console" I was still sort of interested in one. Seeing the mention of the sticks being worse than the 7800s and poor collision detection killed any desire I had for owning one. I don't forgive poor collision detection.
Well, maybe if I saw one for under $10....

Congrats Adam, those are some nice titles.
I agree about all the gas for driving around. In the long run I could probably save a little money buying everything off ebay, but the hunt is half the fun. Or in the case of Skeet Shoot, 99% of the fun. -
The funny thing about the 7800s is that you can't go 100% by the information on the shell and whether or not it has an external expansion port. Some of the late release 7800s have earlier versions of the boards inside. I have 3 7800s and outwardly they are all the last version released, but they play all the "problem" games I've tried. I don't have Kool-Aid Man or a Supercharger to test with, but so far everything has worked fine.

More importantly, what's with the color of the wall???!!
j/k
That's pretty sweet Stan, and a bargain too. Is the TV built in or is it one just placed there?
