I don't imagine there are too many other Cephalic Carnage fans about these parts but I had picked up the re-release of Conforming to Abnormality the other day and while listening through it noticed that at the 1:39 mark of the track Exhumed Remains are the sampled sound effects of when the swirly thing from Yars' Revenge shoots out and kills the bee. That is one of my favorite games. Are there other artists/songs (other than those Pac-Man Fever fellows) out there that incorporate old school videogame sound effects?

Dig Dug was ok - Frogger and Qbert were good also.

I guess i missed this - how was it? Are there any other vintage video game swap meets in the Chicagoland area?
