What game are you good at that everyone else sucks at ? Me: Karateka (took me awhile to get but once I did its really not that bad. What game are you bad at that everyone else seems to be good at ? Me: Robotron 2084..I can't last long at all on this one!!! (probably need more practice!!)

hello everyone, Im in search of a 7800 joypad ( euro, double down, master system mod,whatever) to play on my 7800 that uses both buttons for the 2 button compatable games. As much as I love my "pain' i mean prolines Im ready to try something different and see what all the fuss is about. Hello fellow atariagians. I have a huge rant this morning. There is simply not enough videos on youtube of the great Atari 7800!! I mean of course you got Classic Game room (which I do love) , retro Gamer, console reviewers, mod vids, clips of classic games, classic "Choice of the Expert "commercials ,mainly.. but Where the hell are the full runs? Endings? Tricks and tips..I mean you got games like Plutos,Sirius, Ikari Warriors, Midnight Mutants, Fatal Run,Scrapyard Dog..just to name few and there are no runs for either let alone even a clip of them!! But you look up 2600, NES, 360, Master System, Genesis, SNES and soo forth and you got tons and tons of full games, way more descriptions, all in all just more play time!! Is the 7800 really just a console that everyone just forgot about or maybe people just don't care about it or what? Maybe I should just get started on my on channel dedicated just to to the 7800 and full runs of games that truley deserve one..The point is ,why the hell is'nt there really any already?? Am I missing something here? What do you guys think? Any feedback would be greatly apreciated because I've been wondering and pondering on this topic for awhile now..Thanks for your time guys and gals!!

Yes, in deed the controllers that come with it are the shit...but when I plug into my 7800 ,the pin holes or the actual insert seems to be slightly too small so its not very secure and wants to just fall out.

I'm 30 and I remeber the 8-bit, Atari,NES,SMS era extremely well!! Sometimes I feel Im still there..lol..I'm lucky to have friends and a girlfriend who will get up with me and feels the same about 80's gaming and play all my systems just like it was 86 again!!

Hello everyone, I just bought Ikari Warriors (no box or man.) on ebay tonight and damn Im excited!! I've played it on my emu but that shit does no justice considering I have to use the keyboard. I love it for the NES and am hoping I will love it just as much for the 7800..So tell me, what do you guys think of Ikari Warriors..Is it just as good as the NES version?? Hopefully some of you guys will send me some great info (good and bad) before I receive the game..Either way I'll find out one way or the other..Thanks guys.

Hello, everyone. I've been playing my one button 7800 games recently with my Sega Master System controller and damn is it loads of super sweetness!!! Games like Galaga,Donkey Kong, Centipede, DK Jr., Asteroids (hit down to teleport), Dig Dug, Mario Bros., Joust, and even Pole Posistion II (who needs brakes). It amazes me how responsive they are w/ the controllers .Don't get me wrong I do love my Prolines unlike most others ,for games like Ninja Golf, MotorPsycho, Mrs. Pacman,Xenephobe,Commando (even though I wish the SMS controller was compatible with this port) Desert Falcon, and One on One. I was wondering if the Europen controllers were just as responsive and feel just as good to the hands as the SMS controller except the fact that you have the extra button to work with. I've been contemplating for awhile now about whether or not I should go ahead and pay the money to get a cx7800 or just mod my sega master controller.. Keep it authintec 7800 or go 7800 ..Sega Master Style.. Take it easy guys and happy game plays. P.S. Xevious truley rocks with the SMS controller (IMO) button 1 shoots and dumps bombs at the same time!!

Hello atariageians!! I was playing Impossible Mission today and realized, Damn this game sucks!! (IMO of course) Yeah, i'm not that great at it, but I do understand the game and the story line of the game is pretty cool I guess. The game play and constant robot noises are just unbearable to even continue playing for more than 10 minutes.On top of that, from my understanding , the mission is truley impossible because some bug in the game. WTF!! The graphics on the game are quit good for the 7800 of course but thats pretty much it. I love the 7800 just as much as the next Atari head but this game blows donkey ?*%#!! Well, fellow atari friends I guess what im ranting about is I beleive Impossible Mission is probably one of the worst games on the 7800 IMO and was wondering what you guys think about the game to see if maybe it really is a bad game or I just don't see eye to eye with it. What do you think is the worst game on 7800 (if any) and of course...why?? I hope this topic is'nt too touchy to some. Thanks Guys, and happy game plays.
