  1. What a great game! I would like to buy a cartridge if some were to be released.
  2. I'll take that Brainboy thing... looks quite interesting. Do you know if it works? Could you please send me your Paypal address and tell me how much it will cost to ship it to Canada. Thanks, Nicolas. *EDIT: I might take everything else as well (depending on the shipping cost), since the cart is already 4$. Have a nice day!
  3. I would like to get a hand on the Intelli, PS1 and the Genesis. Everything that is left finally.
  4. Labels can come off pretty easy without any damage at all. If the cart was suspect, putting it on a scale and it's weight would tell all real quick. I had some game carts where the glue has gone off (gone hard) and the label just lifts straight off...had to stick them back on... I know this is kind off-topic, but what type of glue did you use? I have a couple of carts on which the label is peeling off.
  5. It's a shame that you don't ship to Canada.
  6. Unfortunately, Radioshack sold all their retail shops in Quebec to Circuit City, and they don't have what I am looking for. Beside, I reckon that the ones on eBay are cheaper than 5$, even with the shipping fees. Thanks for your answers guys. *Thanks for your PM mumbai!
  7. Hi, I'd rather buy a direct rf connector (as pictured below) from a member of Atariage than someone on eBay. Thanks, Nicolas.
  8. Wouldn't this go in: http://www.atariage.com/forums/index.php?showforum=24 ?
  9. Impressive! Did you modded your Heavy on your own? Also, what's brand is the red controller?
  10. He wants you to buy both of his auctions, then he'll pay you back the money plus $10. Oh, okay. Thanks.
  11. Am I the only one that cannot understand what he wants us to do?
  12. Cool! We'll see if it works then... all I need left is an ac adaptor... which should arrive within the next few days! What makes you say that? Which part of the PCB looks as if it was soldered wrong?
  13. What looks like a solder bridge in the area you circled is in fact a stain of an unknown matter (maybe hot glue??). And I am not sure if I got your first question right, but the IC corresponding to the top solder points is a 'Zilog' brand one... Zilog Z0840004PSC Z80 CPU 8829 SL0965 I'll try to upload a picture... Thanks for your help!
  14. I recently bought a Sega Master from a guy on craiglist with 6 games, a light phaser and 2 controllers for $40 CDN. I tough it was a good deal, considering that system like these retail for something like 70 bucks on ebay. However, this one didn't come with a power supply. But once I get there the guy tells me that I can use a NES ac adaptor (but I knew it wasn't true since NES outputs AC instead of DC... anyway). I don't really care and I took the lot home anyway. Since I don't have a SMS/Genesis 1 PS, I ordered one. While waiting for the adaptor, I took a look at the guts of the system... and that's where my problem is. (see images) Does this look like a fried board or not? It doesn't look like ordinary hot glue and I've never seen anything like that before... I am starting to fear that the prick did use a NES PS with the console. (and yes, I'm calling him a prick since he won't answer my messages) Is there any hope? If, by any luck, it is not what I think it is, does anyone know how I can clean this up? Thanks, -Nicolas. P.S.: The other side of the board with all the components looks very clean
  15. It seems to be working fine now. Its only done this twice, both were the RF input connection. I might wanna switch to composite... I'll have to agree with Jibbajaba's point. Besides, the RF module (in the console itself) tends to die out with the years (that's what happened to me, both on my NES and SMS).
  16. I love the chrome-ish SNES! Did you paint it yourself?
  17. Yeah. The original controller feels uncomfortable to me. Blasphememy! (Oh and nice collection by the way... do you have more NES & SNES games?)
