That's exactly what I was thinking. The FAQ states that "once production ramps up it will be in retail stores".....something tells me it won't even reach that point. 200-500 units sold total, maybe? Sucks, too, because it's a great idea but without big marketing, it won't go anywhere. Hoping I'm wrong on it though!

The only thing I've modified was that I killed the 10-nes chip in my NES. now it won't kill my game when I'm in the later levels of batman.

well, I've tried a ton of different roms and a few different versions of MAME and it still doesn't work. I got Berzerk, Phenix and Q-bert working, but not galaga or anything else.

there are two intellivision games that also scared me when I was little.

 

Star Strike, where the earth blows up with the missile.

 

Space battle, when the groups of enemies got close to your center ship it starts making those warning sounds, and then all the sudden TKTKTKTKTKTK. That freaked the hell out of me.

on Zelda: Link to the Past (my first videogame), the beginning of the game is bright and sorta cheery, but the first time I got to the dark world (I was around 6), it sorta creeped me out. now its dark, and there was one eyed giants, pig people throwing tridents, and big hopping mouths that almost kill you in one hit. And at the time, I didn't have that moon sphere or whatever, and I was stuck as a rabbit in a somewhat scary world.

It would he the same. I was buying as much NES games before i joined as I do now. I got my atari before coming to atariage.

one game with ads wrong: Wipout HD. I got it for free, so I can't complain, but the ad videos sometimes prolong the load times untill the video finishes.

 

one game with ads right: Enemy Territory: Quake Wars. The billboards in the game changes texutures to ads when connected to the internet, so you're just thinking, oh thats a billboard from before the strogg invaded...

 

thier ok if thier done right. The billboard thing is ok if your going for realistic games. maybe if there was a gunfight in COD on a raised highway or something and a few ads were on billboards.

I have already decided I am not in favor of Sony's business plan regarding the NGP/Sony Vita. So you pay MORE for a version to pay more money to AT&T which will charge you more if you go over the alloted amount of data in your plan? How much data do you think will be using while playing online? Quite a lot. These exclusivity deals piss me off something fierce.

 

 

I've heard that you can't play games onliine with 3g, you would have to be connected to wifi for online games, the 3g is to "stay connected" and useless stuff like that.

I got my 2 ps3 games within about 2 hours, lbp and wipout.

 

The thing with the psp games is that I had a different account for my psp before, and I put in a fake birthday, because I was under 18, so now, I can't remember it. If I activate my psp with my current account, my games will not work anymore.

 

so, dissidia and mgspo, or killzone and lbp. I think I will stick with my Old games...

sony did a stupid, putting otheros in there. That was an easy way of hacking the ps3, but Sony didn't want that. so when they took it away, it just pissed off the hackers.

 

Fuck off hackers, go make homebrew on the pc or hack the pentagon or whatever the fuck.
