  1. I think Windows 7 is a very bad idea. To me, it looks like another Vista with a couple more features. People complain about Vista's high requirements, but Windows 7 has higher. I have never had one crash on my Windows vista laptop, except some programs stop responding (thats my own fault for not being patient with my computer, but who is?) Just sounds like a whole bunch of gimmicks to me.

  2. And yeah, the first poster is right....a Mac is a PC, so it's really Apple vs Microsoft operating systems. Other than that, both computers are off the shelf parts you can get anywhere. I don't think Apple uses custom hardware anymore.

Apple does use custom hardware, motherboards, cases, video cards, power supplies, batteries, displays, etc... just because they switched to Intel processors doesn't mean they're slapping in off-the-shelf ATX boards...

still has the basic components like ram, cpu, cd rom, gpu, and other things and runs almost the same. its just in a different shape and format.

  3. Yes, but with Crisis Core. I actually did some permanent damage to my Slim PSP while playing that. I did some damage to the screen during my playthrough of Crisis Core, but I wasn't playing the game at that particular moment. It did, however, feel good to know that I took a hunk out of Slim with a screwdriver while playing an unfair game. Best of all, since the screwdriver incident was totally accidental, my wife didn't say anything about me tearing my stuff up! icon_mrgreen.gif

yeah, that angeal-monster thing is really annoying. it can kill me in one shot of his mouth-cannon... thing.

    it really ticks me off

it has the "TOP" on it.

if it really comes with a heavy sixer, then sweet!

mabe the person who owned this before me switched joysticks, because i have a light sixer.

  5. Interesting icon_ponder.gif It must be bit rot.

    whats that?

    According to Wikipedia.com:

Bit rot, also known as bit decay, data rot, or data decay, is a colloquial computing term used either to describe gradual decay of storage media or to facetiously describe the spontaneous degradation of a software program over time.

So wierd just one dot? If you shoot it do u get points for it going aay like normal Yars?

i dont know. i dont really get that percice, like shoot that one block and die to see my score.

Let's see it, Im curious.....maybe a before and after....!

my bullet went right through the block and i did not score anything.

  6. I have searched the internet and looked here at Atari Age for information about joysticks. the only ones that i know of are the ones with the orange paint with the"TOP" sign on it, and the one that is completely black with no "TOP". mine is some sort of hybrid of it.

what kind is this and what kind of atari did it come with?

I really have no clue what it is.
