Tr3vor replied to 5-11under's topic in Classic Console Discussion
dang how could i forget Beetle adventure racing? me and my cousin used to play that for hours, and hours, and hours. thats nearly all we did when i went to his house. -
i say MOAR! i see lots and lots of people selling the system alone for 30$. then add up all the accessories and its probably about 45$, but thats my opinion.

N64 - Games similar to DK64, Bomberman
Tr3vor replied to 5-11under's topic in Classic Console Discussion
yuk, dont get mario party, those games are half the reason the joysticks dont self-center anymore, cuz you have to put your palm on the joystick and spin it as fast as you can. it also hurts a bit (didnt nintendo sell a glove that helps you avoid getting blisters?) i have to go with mario 64, banjo kazooie, banjo tooie, and F-zero X (fzeroX is a racing game if thier into that) although this is nothing anybody else hasnt already said, -

if my house catches fire, i would do certain things depending where the fire is. if its at the other side of the house, i would grab all my NES stuff and run for my life . if it is in the living room, grab the NES, a game, and leave everything else, if its im my room... everythings screwed anyway so id run for my life. i dont have a "survival kit" for games... heck i dont need games to survive. for on-the-run situations, i would grab my gbc and go. i always have that thing powered. it is my favorite handheld console, just needs a new game. all of my games i had forever. need to buy a new one. or if i have NO time whatsoever, id just grab my ipod and play the games on there (i have poleposition remix and crystal defenders).

6 Stars in and I'm loving it.....
Tr3vor replied to RickHarrisMaine's topic in Classic Console Discussion
i got banjo kazooie for christmas and even though it is SORTA a clone of smb64, it still has a very original style and a very funny kind of 7 year old humor. like kazooie always calling bottles names. banjo tooie (the 2nd game) is rated .1 higher in gamespot so i think i should get that. (maybe gamespot will tell the truth about this, cuz they pretty much slaughtered The Conduit's review, whine whine whine.) -
i also have a new console i'd like to add: N64. i got it for christmas and i love it.

Goldeneye 2010 for Wii & Perfect Dark 360?
Tr3vor replied to RandomPerson's topic in Modern Console Discussion
i liked rouge agent on the gamecube, its very awesome. i like it how later in the game you can just chuck people across a room with 2 buttons and the a-stick. i think nintendo should like pull off a rare, take goldeneye, change the title, some names, change up the graphics a bit, keep gameplay elements, and there you go, a goldeneye remake, thats not goldeneye. -
i say anything that says logtech on it. i have 2 logtech controllers, a wireless xbox controller and a pc gamepad. the gamepad is sort of a ps2 style controller (oh, imagine that!) they bolth work very well and are durable (belive me, i beat my controllers up really good, thats why i hate ps3, 360 and wii controllers, their horribly fragile).

the first time i have ever wowed at a game was when i was about 4 and played snafu on the intellivision. such a fun game.

the 1977 one says that the sears atari 2600 has "impact resistant plastic". they dont brag about that anymore... in fact its more like "for adults only, very breakable" now.

if you want a good look at the cdi zeldas, avgn does a good job of reviewing these "piles of shit". and yeah i like watching those rather stupid but really funny youtube poops on the cdi zeldas. those just crack me up

well, im taking this p.o.s. back on saturday. i only got this cuz they didnt have regular used controllers (they had a regular controller at the part of the store you play the n64, its anolog stick was PERFECT) and the guy said "it looks cheezy, but its a good controller". i bet he hasnt even touched one. if they dont take it back, then im gonna quote him, show them what a pos it is.

I think that the newer games seem... like the makers are starting to run out of ideas. i really like A link to the past and orcarina of time (got that today, really addicted to it ) the nes is... a bit, Random. i find if you find a place to refil your bombs cheap, then you run around the whole map and blow up every single block of wall. i say avoid the gba version of a link to the past. it gives link the really annoying yelling sounds instead of the regular swooshing sword, and trust me that is annoying.

wireless is gaming's most horrible laggish nightmare. i tried the difference between wired and wirless with my laptop and wired wins.

Today I got a Yobo n64 contoller at play n trade. all i asked for was an anolog stick that didnt hurt my finger, NOT A D-PAD. its all or nothing for this stupid thing. i was wondering if any of you got this controller and if this anolog stick stops being so... d-pad-y, 007 really spazzes left and right and if i cant snipe an idiot on that game, then the controller is a total fail. mabe it will start working better the more i play with it, but it bugs me. anyone here got my problem? the settable turbo is a really cool thing though.
