my atari is freakin out! im getting a really bad picture, and on top of that its black and white! and yes i remebered to check the color/black and white switch., so thats not the problem! soem times i can get the color back but it keeps going black and white! hwo can i fix it. im pissed

i got intrested in atari when my mom was going through her old junk and she dug out her atari and gave it to me. it only had 8 games, pac-man, demon attack, cookie monster munch, space invaders, kangaroo, comabt, asteroids, and joust. she also had a intellvision but i hate that thing with its dumb disc contoller, whats with that?
