  1. I got GT5 and choose not to do the install, I still remember waiting 10 minutes for a game to load on Atari 130XE from tape. One minute is not that much.
  2. Pain, Castle Crashers, Super Stardust HD, After Burner - Climax The Last Guy Lemmings is good too, but in the hard levels I lost interest. Elefunk, nice puzzle game, you can get the demo I think... The Last guy is a very interesting game. Get the demo.
  3. Hi, I'm looking for 4:3 15" LCD TV in good working condition for cheap, I need it for my project. I prefer a TV with good viewing angle from the bottom at least 45deg. The more square the better The cosmetics are not an issue, don't need a stand. I may consider 13". PM with pictures and model number I will pay with Paypal Thank you for looking.
  4. My friend is from Turkey, just recently we were talking about games, and he described a game which looked like River Raid. I showed him some screen shots of the River Raid and he told me that this is the game he played in 80s in Turkish arcades. He found a flash based game that looked like 2600 version and he's 100% sure that this was the game.
  5. I think, they took the picture with out eyeglasses, if you put right ones on is not blurry.
  6. You sure it's not your Sega or 32x? The broken games are on different systems, one is Gameboy, 3DO, and 32X. I can't believe that the 3DO game did not work either...it's my luck
  7. I'm waiting for a reply. The thing is, that the amount is small, and me paying to ship the item back will set me another few $$ and time. I'm tired of sending defective product at MY expense. And the seller is at a loss, they sold it for $5, got maybe $4 profit, If he gives me refund then he looses the sipping $$ to me. So everyone is at loss. I know I'm rumbling around...I guess I want sellers to really check their stuff before selling. It will save everyone $$. ...so far all games I got from AtariAge forums are in great working condition...
  8. I just purchased a sega 32X game from EBAY seller, the game arrived well packed and in very good condition in the box with instructions. Payed for it $5 and $4 shipping. The game is freezing and the contacts are clean. Sold it as tested and 100% working. What can I do? To make it more interesting lets make a poll for a week. Return the item for refund - have to pay for return shipping Keep the game - give Neg feedback Keep the game - give Neutral feedback for good shipping and quality of case Demand refund with out shipping the item back. This is my third game from ebay that does not work, different sellers Thanx
  9. Received the games, all work great, Thanx for great seller.
  10. I just played Doom on 3DO and it's not that good, if there is too much action, the game slows down big time. I do have the 32X and it plays very nice. I wish I could try the Jaguar version to compare. Not tryint to rub it in but I just picked up a copy. Not only will it be the first time playing Doom on the Jag but the first time playing Doom period in a long long time. I just picked up Doom for Jag from AtariAge marketplace, I'm waiting patiently.....

  12. The "New" one may have same problem, and the battery is few $. I'm not an expert on cell batteries, but they last about 10 years (Lithium), maybe less
  13. For STe demos, your first stop should be: Dead Hackers Society - some truly stunning things there that absolutely will not run without that lowercase "e" Now this is the post I was looking for!!! Thanks, I been watching the videos, and the demos are very nice. I need more sites like that. Any NTSC versions out there???
  14. I know about the caps, Game Gear has same problems, as many electronics from that time. Mine so far works great. The one I have is from "Amiga Technologies", maybe better batch, I don't know. Anyway, the purpose of this thread is not to bash Amiga or reignite Atari - Amiga wars, but to celebrate and enjoy works on Atari STE.
  15. Removing the motherboard and swapping it out with an Amiga 1200's mobo. I have almost ALL Amigas including A1200, and I know what they are capable of, I wanted to see what STE is capable. BTW, if anyone wanted to start their Amiga collection, start with A1200. A1200 supports, IDE HD, or IDE flash, PCMCIA CF adapters for easy transfer.
  16. I'm going to try to find Stardust for STE, see how it looks. I'm also interested in "Demo" Scene on Atari STE, any suggestions for a GREAT system seller demo out there???
  17. In my local PC store, they have used floppies qty 10 for $1.00, it's a mixed bag of HD/DD DISKS
