[I need some Chuck E. Cheese Help!]

Is anyone out there a Chuck E. Cheese historian, or expert, or just remember the ones in San Jose?? I just picked up an Atari pinball machine that has CEC property stickers in it and am trying to figure out what the numbers mean.
