I was wondering if anybody provides a service to put bin files into a 2600 cart? I've been wanting the Mega Man demo and a hack I made put onto new carts, but didn't know if anybody here could do it. This obviously wouldn't be very cheap for me and I understand that. Sorry if I posted this in the wrong area. Thanks in advance, Jake

I suspect so, yes. And since the collision detection is IMHO the major problem with Karate, it's a nice touch. If you haven't already, you should check out the Batari Basic forum, and/or look into writing a game of your own from scratch. There's a great homebrewer community here, and the more talents around, the better. Thanks. I'll be sure to check it out.

The rom was called "Kung Fu", but it had no menu screen or anything so I cannot be sure. I think shrinking the characters and moving everything closer made the collision a little better. This was the first hack I did just to play around with a bin file, but it interested me for some reason. The other hack I'm working on is Grand Theft Auto 2600. I just didn't want to put it up without working on the colors. It's a hack of Texas Chainsaw Massacre believe it or not.

Wise choice grasshopper. Never download a file from somebody who has only 1 post and is claiming the intricate task of combining two games and making them one overnight. It's just a hack of Kung Fu. it's really nothing but the terrible game Kung Fu with the ET sprites. I was just messing around and thought it I put stuff up I worked on I could get assistance from time to time with edits. I completely understand the reluctance.

I always hated the games E.T. and Kung Fu. However, last night I decided to combine the two with E.T. Kung Fu where you get to see how E.T. settles things on his planet. The game sucks, but I threw in some goofy custom art in the file as well. This was my first effort so I understand if I get bashed a little. Jake DOWNLOAD GAME HERE
