I remeber a while back I was reading up on people trying to create there own DC Broadband Adapter, dont know if they ever made this work or not.. But are any games on that system still even running on servers anywhere?

You guys are making me want to find a power supply for my 7800.

I will agree on this because the older games seem to have a much higher replay value. Most there is no end so you cant say you finished it. It is truly amazing how games of the past can keep people entertained for hours and hours with such limited colors and pixels. Then some newer games using way to much power and graffixs cant even get peoples attention for 10 min.

I always have one maker I stick with and get after the price drops (right now that would be sony, before that Nintendo) The other makers and systems I just wait for them to become used sales for the most part.

Sounds like everyone seems to be pushing for the Dreamcast version over the PS2 version. Does it make good use of the VMU for anything interesting? I always thought the VMU was one of the cooler features of the Dreamcast that was never used for anything of much use.

Being a linux only user for many years now that would require emulation.

Interesting.. The hardware side makes sense, and I cant say I ever played my DC all that much. Most the games for it I just could not get into, so it would be neat to actually get some solid use out of it. Does the DC VGA cable just feed off the s-video connector? cause if so the PS2 could just use something like this?

I am thinking about picking up a copy of Grandia II. I have noted it available for DC and PS2, but has anyone played both of the versions, I just want to know if anything is better on one that the other?

Been dead the past while for me to find anything.. BUT last outing i was happy to find a complete atari XE system with controller, keyboard, light gun and manuals.

just so i know why would you want to put a box scan in a case like that? any media that would go in that,could hold all the games for the 2600?

in most my local stores they pack games in groups of 3 so i sometimes buy 4 or 5 copies of combat just to get 2 games i want or need.

they sure make playing and collecting so much better. i can know all my carts are safe packed in there bags and yet i can still play it like there is no tomorrow.

what is everyones fav joystick/gamepad to use with there emu's. for me i love my Eliminator gamepad pro by gravis. It is simple cheap and fits nice in your hards. also has nice linux support for those of you that care.

i have lots of atari shirts and i wear them all the time. it is a great way to help grow your collection. so many people i know not so well comment on my shirts and are like "i have a atari somewhere" then i go into a big pro atari speach and they usally end up giving me there stuff or atleast sell it to me. some people just dont understand how great atari actually is.

well mabe i will keep my eye out on ebay then for a good deal.. hehe like that is going to happen. and i think that site is out cause it says "Dreamcast Broadband Adapter is available or back in stock" seen how they are not making them anymore i don't think they will be getting them in. but thanks for trying who know they might.

i always like when people link back to the list on atariage. lets you know they have looked into what they are selling or a collector themselves.
