I've had the same experience. I used to write for gaming mags and websites (I do cars now) and I'm also a developer and I've never had a reply. I get the feeling he likes to keep to himself. Although if you follow him on that Periscope thingy he feeds his sheep live and answers questions as he's doing it. Seems a very nice guy.

Ah so it's you! Impressive! I was just playing today. T4K has now replaced T2K as my all time fave shooter. Just took a bit of getting used to. It's definitely harder. EDIT: It's not you - I'm playing on Xbox. I think the top score is around 12,000,000 so you're a fair way ahead! I can only get to 650k or so but I'm still 115 or something on the leaderboards. Also... I bought the physical game from Amazon. It's not available physically or digitally in NZ on Xbone. I wonder why?

Hey Tommy, I know your hands are kinda full with Amico, but any chance of an Intellivision mini in future? I have the NES, SNES, C64, PS and Mega Drive minis and the PC Engine on pre-order. I love them. Haha.

Cool, I have Pis up the wazoo so I'll have to build one one day. I have a Mega Pi, a Super Pi, a GPi and a Pi in an Arcade1up cabinet, haha. Amazing little things.

I'm in New Zealand and I got mine a few weeks back. I wonder if it's a backer number thing? I believe I grabbed the very last KS version and I was lucky as someone pulled out.

I'm not familiar with Magic. A friend of mine is a top player, apparently (the tabletop version of course). I should check it out one day. All I know is it involves cards and is pretty big. EDIT: I just thought - card games will be awesome on Amico! Your hand of cards on your own private wee screen... then you could flick them onto the TV

I bought a couple of those. I was particularly keen on Tempest as I'm a massive Tempest 2000 (and 4000) fan. I was a little disappointed as it was really just a prettied up version of the arcade game (which I never liked). Not bad, but just not what I was expecting. I did enjoy Missile Command though with that game you can't beat the original with a trackball! Still, I'm interested to see what cool stuff they come up with for Amico. I imagine Tommy et al won't be allowing any shovelware on the console! EDIT: Actually, is that Battlezone? That looks kinda rad... ANOTHER EDIT: I just remembered I have it. Haha. Not bad, not bad.

Poo poo. Had that happen more than once on my own games. So annoying. Oh well, at least I got to play Intellivision for the first time today. It was on the PS2 Intellivision Lives, so not ideal control wise, but I was still super impressed. Skiing is so much fun, and Snafu! And now I know exactly where the running man comes from. Man I wish I’d had one as a kid. The games are actually playable, unlike the Fountain, haha. Okay I enjoyed that immensely at the time, but it’s all I knew.

Did the app show up for anyone yet? I’m in New Zealand and not sure if it was released in this region. Looking forward to playing it

I have been hooked to this game for a while. I play it on my Mega Drive (60Hz modded) and my Xbone. I think I've gotten to level 5/7 ONCE. It's super tough but so much fun. Oh and I'm in the game as a hostage, too. Haha. Side note: BEST SOUNDTRACK EVER!!!!!!

XenoCrisis (does that count?) Gynoug (Wings of Wor) Thunder Force 3 (I never gelled with 4) I'd swap out TF3 for Silpheed if we can include Mega CD. God I love that game.

To my knowledge no games NEEDED it, there were just a few that were crap without it. I'll add to the list of 'better with it' games: Virtua Racing. Separate buttons for each view isn't a huge deal but it was more like the arcade.

Is the Flashback worth getting non modified? I do have Intellivision Lives, but yeh - PS2 controllers. I've never played Intellivision - I was a Fountain Force 2 kid.

This is why we need Amico. Then when Tommy says something will be available it will be available ;D Oh well, I just picked this up recently so in the meantime I'm going to play some Intellivision games (for the very first time).
