  4. With the developments of FPGA, why isnt there an atari 8bit fpga based system yet? Comparable to the Zx Spectrum Next. If there is can you point me in that direction?

Im thinking about buying a mega st4 on ebay for 189 bucks.. plus shipping what mods can i get for this.. what upgrades.. and also i need a keyboard for it.. what options do i have for that... also it comes with a megafile 44.is there a manual for this? also what are the specs for the mega st4 and what programs work and dont work with it.. just general questions but i am interested in what upgrades i can get for this.

  8. i mean its just gonna be a freeware/shareware game anyways.. so.. its no big deal.. i just dont want someone running off with my game saying oh i created this game when all they did was make one screen or one song. that would be a shame and a pity to all whom have helped me in the past and all future contributors

  11. i was planning on making the atari version alot more verbose as opposed to the graphics heavy / dependant pc/max/linux versions.. it stil will have the graphic elements but i want to work and focus more on the plot in the atari version as a companion to the pc version.. prehaps they will interact in someway.. theres one option or we could do a full on port.

I am creating at task board at http://csmp3.monday.com and if you want to be added as a team member email me at atariancomputers@gmail.com and we will begin development on the next phase of the game.. we will split profits of the game evenly amongst contributers and what was contributed. as current i need: a.) (2) Atari 1050 disk drives.. 1 was my main imaging drive for years.. and drive 2 was just my secondary drive.. i dont use these any more so ... (1) atari cassette drive - it is in mint condition loads of 2600 carts, and 8 bit disks.. if you are interested please reply on here or msg me.. I also have an Atari 130XE im thinking about selling but it would have to be for a good price cause shes my baby and i love her.. but now that i have a VBXE/u1mb/stereo pokey 800xl.. shes been lonely and neglected... so i might be willing to sell her to a good home... give me a message if you are interested.. i also have a few non-atari things for sale as well i have a sony AVC-3600 Reel to reel videocorder editing bay from WGBH in boston and was their mobile editing bay in the 1970's comes with one uhf to RCA adapter would be great for anyone who has old reel film and wants to convert it to digital formats (thats what i used it for and its now done.. its heavy though and shippign will be expensive.. however if your in the boston area you can pick it up.) I also have a Macintosh LCIII with monitor for sale.. and a 2001 IMAC 1 HP Proliant server, 1 Smartbox Server 1 Dell R410 1 Dell Poweredge 2650 loads of dell monitors (LCD Flatscreens from 2010) RAM (ddr 2 and 3, mostly 2gigers but a couple 4's) the servers will cost a lot to ship so again if your in the boston area come pick them up if u dont want to pay for shipping Richard Matias 508-820-8711

  18. i want to also port over a version for the atari 8 bit and 16 bit machines and if someone wants to take over that portion of the project while i work on the main pc/mac/linux fork of the project and we will co-ordinate all forks... however the challenge will be porting over versions that will be simular in look style and feel and within the limitations of each platform... also i want to do a version of ghosts of quabbin for all these platforms as well but lets do one thing at a time

I will be making a monday.com task sheet for this.. and if anyone wants to join the project please email me at atariancomputers@gmail.com and i will add you to the project and i will be distributing the source files from there.... i made an alpha version for facebook gameroom, PC, Linux and MAC if anyone has any unity skills please get back at me we need intro videos and we need some help developing the plot.. and i also need someone really good at 3d modeling and UNITY to help get this off the ground more its alot of work for just me to do.. ill be doing a lot today.. and il lpost the updates today
  20. 1. discharge all static electricity from your self.. touch something metal to discharge anycharge builtup in your body 2. Remove SST Chip from Brown Socket in u1mb using the PLC CHIP REMOVAL TOOL 3. INSERT CHIP Into USB PLC Programmer adapter.USING THE NOTCH ON THE CHIP as a GUIDE FOR INSERTION 4. INSERT PROGRAMMER ADAPTER WITH CHIP INTO PROGRAMMER AS SHOWN ON SCREEN (LINE PIN 1 UP APPROPRIATELY) 5. SELECT CORRECT CHIP TYPE (SST SST 39SF040) IN PROGRAMMING SOFTWARE 6. SELECT CORRECT ROM FIRMWARE (Ultimate.ROM or ULTIMATENOGOS.ROM) 7. ERASE / FLASH /VERIFY 8. Again discharge any static electricty from your body by touching a peice of metal. 9. UPON COMPLETION OF VERIFICATION PROCESS, PLEASE REMOVE ADAPTER FROM PROGRAMMER AND CHIP FROM ADAPTER USING PLC CHIP REMOVAL TOOL 10. Place chip back in BROWN SOCKET (Using the notch as a guide) carefully. 11, replace cover to atari and boot.
