  Only ibuprofen has any effect on me, & even still I need 5-6 of the little pills for it to work. We buy the generic Advil equivalent.

  All Excedrine is is aspirin, acetaminophen, and caffeine. Take an aspirin, a tylenol, and drink a cup of tea.
