Fighting the worst cold I've had in years. Had it since Sunday, and since Thursday morning my sinuses have been TOTALLY blocked with no relief in sight. I hate using nasal spray, but I can't breathe without it. Makes you realize how precious it is to breathe clearly through your nose! I'm miserable also....time to take it out on someone online.

  Ever use a Neti pot? It has salt and baking soda stirred into some slightly warm water. It really washes out all the mucuos out of your sinuses. Feels great afterwards.
