Has anyone from Canada gotten packages from outside your country? I mailed a friend a package to Ottawa by First Class July 6th....nothing has shown up yet.

  Yup, I just got a package (here in Canada) from the US that was sent out around July 10-15.

  I had an ebay seller that accidentally sent my purchase to another customer in Canada. The guy was going to send it back, but as far as I know, it never arrived, so the guy gave me a refund.
