  1. Hey, Thanks it means alot. I am new to the programing Atari 2600 so it needs refinement . . . . and sound . . . . and well a way to win 1st Player mode . . . it just keeps on going till you lose . . . but it will be fixed sometime this weekend I hope!! -Disjaukifa
  2. Atari 2600 Frogger - 30 minutes ( I really suck at this game) Q'Bert 15 (I suck even more at this game . . . I keep jumping off the edge) -Disjaukifa
  3. Yeah I was wondering that if I wanted to sell a homebrew I programmed on ePay. I wonder if I would get reported. -Disjaukifa Probably not but who knows. All it takes is for the right person and it will be pulled. My situation didn't get pulled but I was asked for an explanation and I asked them if they read my whole listing then they just left it alone. What kind of homebrews are you planning on making? Atomic Meltdown is going to be my first release. Its a simple game, don't hit anything!!! Its not done yet and needs work, but I have 1 Player, 2 Player Coop, and 2 Player VS working. After you hit the fire button the Title Screen, you then hit Game Select to change modes and then fire to start that mode. Try it out and let me know what you think!!! -Disjaukifa
  4. I like it, its different, its fun and its simple, and that is what you need to make a good game. The sounds are a bit intense, but keep working on it and post updates as you get them!!!! Great job!!! -Disjaukifa

  6. Ah yes. The old wait ten days and hope it goes your way and he doesn't reply waiting period. Let's hope it goes your way. If the seller doesn't respond to the dispute before it expires, Paypal then intervenes and if they still don't hear from the seller, the buyer will be awarded the refund most of the time. Happened to my mother once, I told her to put a dispute and the seller never respond and my mother ended up getting a full refund by default because the seller provided or contacted paypal. -Disjaukifa
  7. Heh heh...we pull out the scissors and ready ourselves for some "human arts n' crafts" OOOOk, good to know. Do not mention H0zer in this thread and avoid it on ePay . . . it has been recorded and logged!!! I thought it was illegal to sell fake cartridges on ebay . . . . -Disjaukifa
  8. Do ya'll remember that prototype auction that ended for 255 earlier this week, this is reminding me of it. I had bid on the other prototype auction but then I joined this site did a little research and realized it was fake and canceled my bid (didn't have to though my make bid was 25 bucks). Still what is Hozer Video??? Was it a publisher for the 2600? I have never heard of them. -Disjaukifa
  9. Wow it sounds like a really good joystick. I did a search for them and they seem to be really expensive though. I saw a set on ePay for 200 bucks for just two joysticks!!! seems really over priced to me. But maybe they are that rare. -Disjaukifa

I like the idea but there has to be a better way to hold it down. Maybe making a clamping system??? I intrigued, its a neat idea but you need a better system for holding the joystick in place. Still good job!!! -Disjaukifa
  11. Yeah I have been very lucky on ePay, I have only had one deal go south but the seller refunded my money immediately once I told him the Tapes I bought were broken on arrival. ePay is a true hit or miss. I sell on ePay as well I try to get everything out the next day and ship it like I would want to receive it. -Disjaukifa
  12. Yeah I thought the same thing, I was like "Prototypes don't have nice color labels that say "Unknown Prototypes". I think that is what I think is the funniest till I say they actually had bids . . . I feel sorry for the buyer. -Disjaukifa I just hate it when he gets big money sometimes for his fakes. Be careful and read the description completely. He is careful not to call the originals. What does its a Hozer mean? I just started collecting a few weeks ago and I have no idea what that it. Thanks Disjaukifa
  13. Hahahha I can't wait to start testing!!! But I will try some games that everyone seems to like that I have never tried . . . most notably being Adventure . . . I have never played it . -Disjaukifa

  15. Yes it is. The amazing thing about the Harmony is I will be able to play EVERY game ever made for the 2600 . . . but I still plan on collecting all the cartridges I can!!! Also I can not WAIT to start testing my homebrew on a real Atari . . . Stella is great but its just not the same! -Disjaukifa

Ehhh yeah maybe a rebuild kit or a donar Wico Stick off of ePay or something would be good afterall -Disjaukifa
  17. Check out this two auctions I just found: Atari 2600 Unknown Activision Proto #1 Atari 2600 Unknown Activision Proto #2 This might be legit but in my mind it screams "I lost the label to these games . . .I know PROTOTYPES!!!!". What do ya'll think? -Disjaukifa
  18. Oh, Yes. I am sure it will. Does anyone know when the AtariAge Store is scheduled to get back online? I have can't wait for it come back online so I can buy some homebrews. -Disjaukifa
  19. No Escape! from Imagic. Its the only game I got that I can't get working and from reading this thread, the Imagics seem to have a high failure rate . . . kind of depressing. -Disjaukifa

$35 for reconditioned at Best. Would be nice to get these up and running... seems like it should be a simple fix. I would say take it apart and see if you can fix it. Its part of the fun of owning older equipment in general . . . you get to tinker!!! Can you post pictures of what they look like? -Disjaukifa
  21. Heres the thing though, I know a TON of 2600 where made but I keep hearing people telling me that "Oh I threw mine away last year because no one would have bought it" or I see stuff like this, someday the 2600 will be rare because some many people have destroyed them and that its sad to think about. I agree with the comment about the scissors!!! Think about it, how many Heavy Sixers from Sunnyvale were created??? I think that model had the least made . . . someone create me if I am wrong! -Disjaukifa
  22. Glad to hear it. I bought on the Pre-Production ones that for sale after the Expo and I can't wait to get it. I'm glad to hear its working well!!! I'm working on homebrew's myself and I can't wait to test them on real hardware!!!! -Disjaukifa
  23. I have to agree with you 100% about that. I was worried about asking as Questions in the Atari 2600 -> Programming -> Atari 2600 Programming -> Batari Basic thread because in the past most forums I went to ask coding questions, I would just be called newbie, or flamed for not knowing, etc, however all I got here was honest help and even wonderful code examples, not a single flame. I love this forum for the same reason. Everyone is just nice to each other and respects what each other does. This is my number one site I go to each day because of great the community is. I think that the reason the Atari 2600 is still alive and running because the community around it is so great. -Disjaukifa
  24. New .bin file. Let me know what you think again I am not going to tell ya'll whats been done . Thanks Disjaukifa atomic_meltdown.bin
  25. Thats a really good price for all that stuff you got in those two pictures. Congratulations on the finds!!!! -Disjaukifa
