Cebus Capucinis

We have a flea market in Bartlesville called Gan's Mall. Obviously, they think it's like a mall. It kind of is, divided into 'shops' and whatnot, but none of the sellers are ever there, you just pick up the item and pay the building owners (or whomever they hire to take payment).
