Went to the "in-person" interview for the company I flubbed the phone interview for. They were even MORE rude and abrasive. I stopped the interview 80% of the way through and said "You know what? No. I will NOT work for this company if you treat me this way."
I used to use Paychex for my payroll *and* have been to their HQ in Rochester, NY. They are beyond arrogant and extremely rude. I know someone that worked there for over ten years...he doesn't have a lot of good things to say about them.
"We are positive that you would quit and move to another state within 6 months. We are positive that no company with standards will hire you, but the good news is that world needs charming drifters, so cheer up! Why so serious?"
Yeah, I did a bit of research on glassdoor.com about them and it seems that the biggest problem people have with them is their attitude. People have great things to say about the company's programs but hardly anything good to say about the actual PEOPLE in the company. Yikes!
