  1. http://atariage.com/...u/#entry2746710 I know who I won't be selling anything to in the future.....and it isn't ViciousTengu, he can buy from me anytime!
  2. All hail Invidious, head of House Douche, now at 8PM on Game of Thrones!

  3. My wife has.....umm.....a toy collecting problem. I can't give her crap about it though due to my board games! I will give a hint though: I will sell this lamp to an AAer for what that pony toy sells for on eBay, plus shipping. And it's the low end of what that sells for, not the higher end.
  4. Bumpski and editation for a NEW ITEM found in my CLOSET OF DOOM! Also, I should add, by "Work with AA members", I mean seriously make a good deal. My eBay price for this is much higher than I'm willing to sell it for.
  5. Ask Tempest about our intern program!

Do you have a henchman program?

I don't think he has any applicants yet, but he does have someone who already thinks they're in the program.

People who joke around are invidious douches. Get serious, damn you, and stop watching TV!

Is that the chocolate where the peasant farm workers aren't beaten by iron bars?

  7. If anything is a "liability" to the Atari community, it's threads like this. If you got beef, take it up via PM, or worst case talk to Albert about it. Public threads are no way to get this resolved in the slightest.
  8. It's a little awkward when you click on Facebook and almost all the list of 'People You May Know' are ex-girlfriends. D'oh!

    1. desiv

      desiv

It would be more awkward if there were all current girlfriends..

I actually hooked up with my first girlfriend thanks to Facebook. Had a lot of good chats since then. Time really does help.

LOL, well, I've been married for 9 years, so it's not a big emotional thing for me, I just thought it was sort of funny!

  9. That item (or method) is not recommended for canning. http://www.cdc.gov/features/homecanning/

  10. It was likely just not scanned at any point. The USPS as of late has been pretty bad, at least in my experience, at actually scanning anything. Packages I've received for the past 3-4 months have all only been scanned at origin, then scanned upon delivery. All have been Priority w/ DC, which theoretically should have scans at all points.
  11. Seconded! The speech is excellent! Hopefully we will see a cart release in the near future!
  12. The last digit is a 2, I think, and the copyright date is 1980.
  13. You gotta pay the troll toll

What boy's hole are you trying to get in?

I never paid no f-ing troll! I either knocked him into a well with a sling or solved his impossible puzzle! (and bonus points if you recognize the two games those are from!)

  14. Kirk is a member of Lemon forums, not AtariAge, due to his Commodore obsession. LMAO
  15. BAM! They are now listed on eBay starting .99 bid, NO RESERVE. Auctions begin at 7:11 PM tonight PST.
  16. Cool! I've never been to a Fallout Games. Next time I visit Phoenix (which should be in the near future) I'll have to pop by.
  17. Bookman's! If you have the extra 90 minutes and you can get to Tucson, Bookman's in Tucson has several locations. I always stop in there for board games, but they have a pretty good (albeit a little small) selection of vintage games. Prices are a little high, but not too horirble, at least last time I was there. It's on 19th and Northern so it's not too far away from most everything, and there's a Goodwill right next to it so you can pop in and see if there's anything there simultaneously. EDIT: D'oh! Was thinking of the one in Mesa on Country Club & Southern. There's a Savers a few blocks down Country Club from there, as well, so that might be an option but it's a little further out. There's one in Phoenix proper, but I've never been to it, as the times I've been in Phoenix I've always sort of stayed east for some bizarre reason.
  18. I have an NES Powerpak with a full library on it, but I don't really play NES or collect for it.....what are some good games to play? I know about all the regular stuff, but what other good stuff is there?

    1. InfraMan

      InfraMan

Some of my favorites among the slightly more obscure NES games: Metal Storm, Panic Restaurant, Bucky O'Hare, Fire n Ice, Little Nemo, Solstice, Magic of Sheherezade, Power Blade, Gun Nac, Star Tropics, Kick Master, and Little Samson.

If you have some PAL games on there too, look for: Mr. Gimmick, Over Horizon, Ufouria, and New Ghostbusters II

    2. Reaperman

      Reaperman

I had a blast with famicom castlevania iii's improved music. Sweet Home is a nice change. cocoron is a great platformer, and I've been meaning to try "rom city rampage" which I believe is the old 'grand theftendo'

Willow is a pretty good one.

  19. Bought a bunch of arcade-related board games from Tempest a while back. A champ with transactions as always!
  20. Where in Time has sold, updated and lowered a couple prices.
  21. Battletoads is sold, Dr. Mario and Where in Time are pending. I have these up on eBay now as well, but of course for higher prices. If you're interested, LMK ASAP.
