Gotta be a user mod. You can tell that console is painted, as opposed to being actual red plastic. Also, just from the pic you can see areas where the original black still shows through a bit, AKA the different 'shades' of red. Only hand-paint with a rattle-can can produce those results.

Just as a side note, it might be prudent to talk with CPUWIZ about production and release. He has done a lot of high-visibility releases such as this in the past (GLCB being the most recent) and has the supplies and talent on hand to create a stellar box, manual, and cart. He's generally the "go-to" guy when it comes to reproductions of the highest quality, in my opinion.

Got a classic MB Pac-Man puzzle today for $1.99. It is missing 2 pieces, though, but they're the solid-color ones in the center, so it's not too shabby. I was hoping to Mod-Podge it and put it up in Pac-Country above my bookshelves, but it will have to be displayed in box now. Did some searching on eBay, looks like I paid about the going rate, so can't complain!
