Did you try Atarimania? -
Wait, you ordered every single game for sale?

Little known Atari secret: Albert actually has a complete Intellivision collection, and has protos that would make cmart crap a brick.

I'm beginning to think Rom Hunter coded the homebrew all along.....

That's why when I use habanero or naga salsa instead of ordinary salsa, I use it a bit lighter.

Looking for opinions of Qix
Cebus Capucinis replied to McCallister's topic in Classic Console Discussion
It's kid tested and mother approved, why wouldn't you like it? Oh....Qix. Oops. The 5200 version is by far my favorite, for the same reason people posted above: the controllers are actually a boon rather than a curse, because the analog control really makes for a fun little game. -
OH GOD, the projects you could do with those eyes added in.......the horror, the horror......
-
I think those are Smokey the Bear. And if you think CPUWIZ or I are being serious in our tinfoil hat nutjobbery.....then, well, I don't know, we're just messing with you guys.

That would explain the discrepancy in labels....the nicer repro was printed on a new printer, so no offset shadows....

He may still be around, lurking in the shadows like so many other members.....

It's one of those secret rarities that seems to go unnoticed for the most part. It's easily the rarest Sears title to find, bar none. They've gone for up to $500 in the past!

"Wow! You just full hand slapped this thread across the face. Grats on the find."

Help Wanted: Expert Soldering needed for project [$$$]
Cebus Capucinis replied to Mark Wolfe's topic in Buy, Sell, and Trade
Whatever it is....I'll take one!!! -
Getting back on track.....i think the flyer would be more effective in Comic Sans or Papyrus.

For Atari, I'd say the most I've ever paid for a cart was somewhere in the $15 range max, likely up to $20. Then again, the rarest I have is an R7. That's for normal carts. Homebrews are another story altogether, and I'm willing to go up to $200 for a release to support the Atari community. Granted, no homebrew has ever gone that expensive, with the max I think peaking at $90 or so, but I'm more than willing to shell out to help Atari homebrewers!

Ever wish this Arcade game was made on ColecoVision?
Cebus Capucinis replied to retroillucid's topic in ColecoVision / Adam
Okay, to pick just one.... Satan's Hollow! -
First there was the CHUCKWAGON IN THE BUCK-FLAGGIN'..... Then, the ELI'S LADDER IN THE CASH BLADDER...... Then the MUSIC MACHINE IN THE DOLLAR LATRINE...... Finally, the AIR RAID IN THE CHAIR PARADE..... and now....we have it! The newest, the greatest, the PHILLY PHIND, the CART OF THE CENTURY, the GAME OF THE FLAME! Just like Moses, the collectors are parting the waters to get to that small south Philly store with the cool owner.....who will get there first? Will the evil PHAROAH'S CHARIOTS reach the goal, or will the CHOSEN PEOPLE get to share the ROM for all eternity? Who knows? Tune in to AtariAge while the story unfolds right before your very eyes! It's..... the RED SEA FOR LOTS OF BREAD, SEE?
-
This is turning out to be very, very interesting indeed! Will the big bopper collectors start calling on the PHILLY FIND, the CART OF THE CENTURY? I think that is the cart they will go for first for certain! Or could it be that the homebrew is orchestrated on two different levels, with two accounts and a better label for a better homebrew sale to keep things 'fresh'? WHO WILL KNOW!

A light gun attachment for all the Exidy light gun games! -
I am holding out on being the sumguy that walks out of that Goodwill, box in hand, as you enter!
-
Why would you want the other cart to not work?
-
Why would that matter? Wouldn't that at least establish some kind of price for the second one? With that reasoning why would anybody buy the first knowing the second one would sell for less? Yours is gonna sell for less, dude. Sorry to burst your bubble.
