    Look....it's an Atari Blackberry!!
  2. I assume this has been shipped......but for future reference.....nearly any decent size town will have a retail packaging place that sells 50-gazillion sizes/styles of boxes......usually for pennies each. Just do a Google search of 'your town's name' and 'packaging supplies'.............also, a silly but useful trick I use is: keep your eyes open for boxes when you purchase all manner of little things.....I stack those up, wrap them in brown paper and shipped loads of stuff in them! Good luck.

I apologize....but what the heck is this?
  4. I'm just whining............I wish a brand new, super fabuloso game would be released for the XE system!!!!
  5. Why can't I seem to remember this? ......what are the fundamental differences between the 1050 drive and the 810 drive?? In laymen's tems, please. Paul B.
  6. Doing a little Spring cleaning and thought I'd just skip E-Bay and put up my items here for the AtariAge community to grab up.......all of the [PC] items ran fine on my Win 98 Pentium 2: 1."Atari Greates Hits"........(also called "Atari Arcade Hits").....2 CD's in sleeves, manual and box...nice condition; for Win 95/98 2."Delta Force Land Warrior"......by NovaLogic [fun game!]..CD in jewel box, manual, keyboard overlay and box.....all in nice condition; for Win 98 (but runs fine on my Vista machine). 3.Atari 2600 Star Raiders, pretty good label, sealed in a plastic bag for about 10 years. Cartridge only. 4.Atari 2600 Pac Man, labels are so-so, end label is peeling a bit, sealed in a plastic bag for about 8 years. 5.Atari 2600 Berzerk, NEAR-FLAWLESS label, sealed in a plastic bag for 11 years. (Honestly, a sweet label on this baby.) I'll probably post some more stuff in some separate posts over coming days. I'd like payment via Paypal but will accept money order. Please PM with offers. Paul B.
  7. Just wondering if you could update your list?
  8. ....by-the-by....you have a REALLY COOL site. Content-wise and design-wise.....extremely cool stuff. Paul B.
  9. I would be interested, but it would need to be content-rich.
  10. Superman....I responded to your PM.
  11. Anybody remember the original?? Great game........did you ever download/install any of the total conversions/mods??
  12. Don't be insulted if you already knew this but... You did actually hook it up to the Atari and try to CLOAD or something? I know at least one person who didn't know he had to do that, and threw away a tape drive that (probably) worked fine, because the Play button didn't do anything... he wasn't aware that the Play function is under the control of the Atari, and the Play button doesn't do anything unless the Atari tells it to... Probably you already knew that, but if you didn't, well, it's an easy mistake to make Oh, jiminy-H-friggin'-Christmas!!!!!!!!!!! I really (REALLY!!!!!!) didn't know that!!! I'm somewhere between mad and laughing right now!!!!!! .......and I'm really mad that I threw it away!! Grrrrr....I was in a bad mood that night! I really did hook it up to my XEGS and tried to start a tape, but I wasn't real persistent! I probably should've given myself a few days to chill out! Oh well.....um, anybody got a 410 they wanna sell?? Paul B.
  13. .......can offer a good combo of trade/$$. I have a number of PS, N64 and Genesis carts in addition to some PC games and I'd throw in a money order to sweeten it a bit. Doesn't have to be a really great looking console either and no joysticks are needed. PM me with some ideas/offers/wants......and we'll figure something out. Paul B.
  14. I'm pretty certain that's not a Nintendo product.
  15. Last weekend (March 22, '08): Financially, had to walk away from a few things..........(sorry, I'm going to list everything here, even non-video game stuff)........... 1. A VHS tape of "Matilda" in a case for an Olsen-twins movie (my daughter loves Matilda). 2. A home-made VHS dub of "Platoon" and "Predator". 3. A low-end Telescope ($5.00, though and looks good!). 4. A hard cover copy of M. Scott Peck's "The Road Less Traveled". 5. An I'm-away-from-home-turn-on-my-lamps timer ($1). 6. 3 NES controllers and 4 (probably early 90's) PC joysticks. 7. The in-box manual for MS Flight Simulator 2000 (no CD, though - - those get shoplifted...grrrrrr). Only dropped about $12 all-totaled. Paul B.
  16. ....must be nice to have a working 1010. About a week ago, I hooked up my 410 that I bought a few years back (untested, of course - - - -can't even remember who I bought it from). All the little buttons worked just as I'd hoped, save for one: you guessed it.....the Play button. Phooey..........opened it up (not that I really knew what I was looking at).......belts looked fine. Rewind worked great, FF worked great.....just no Play. Off to the landfill with ya', I said! .....bummer.......quite depressing. Paul B.
  17. I am a bad person for having done this. What's also odd is that this person has been signed up for a while, but he has no feedback at all. I was naughty too!! I prattled on ' bout the nobes for several lines....maybe he'll answer....that'll be fun, won't it? Paul B.

  22. Is there an official one anywhere??
  23. Any XEGS users out there?? I tried to hook up my XEGS to my LCD TV today, and no luck! Man, why does everything always have to be so hard?? Why?? grrrrrrrrr.................. Do you guys just use a standard A/V cable?? Paul B.
