The only games that existed when I was a young kid were board games. I don't remember Candy Land or Chutes and Ladders giving me nightmares.
When I was a kid, games were not invented yet... so I had a rock and a stick... the rock kinda freaked me out a bit.

Roommates at the local retirement home.
Hey! If I could get out of my rocking chair without breaking my hip... I'd thump you for that crack!

I am interested, sir. I'm thinking of getting one to go along with my new house.
The Colecovision is the same color as your roof tiles so of course it is a must!
Besides that, Yurkie is an awesome guy and his work is top notch!

He replied to my request for pictures. He said he will email me some when he gets home tonight. Sounds like a nice guy so far.

Will you ever offer an affiliate program other than banner ads? A referral based program would be awesome, you could provide a datafeed and people could list your auctions on their own website's pages... if someone clicks over to GG, then you pay the referrer for the click or sale or whatever conversion metric you use.

When you drop that ton on bricks you can get on with life and be happy again.
I routinely drop a ton of bricks in the toilet (I blame a high fiber diet)... and I DO feel happy again afterwards.

Oh wait... we weren't talking about that were we?

He doesn't state that he is actually selling an Atari Video System X... he just says that he is selling an Atari system and then tells the story about how codenames were devised for the different systems. I have requested pictures of the actual system he is selling.

I gotta say, with all the functionality and extras stuffed into this cartridge, this HAS to be the best multi-cart ever built for any system!

Just completed a deal with him. Great communication and fast payment! Great all around guy!

Not cool to diss a job that other people would have died for the chance for.
Oh....so we can criticize, piss and moan to infinity and beyond, but god forbid an actor dares to say something negative about a past job they maybe regretted? Hypocritical much?

Huh? What's hypocritical? I'm not the one dissing a job that puts food on the table... **crickets chirping**

If only we could get a hold of the extended Aquarius cart mold, or some empty spares, they would make great Aquarius project cases
It looks to be the same cartridge body as the modem.

Not cool to diss a job that other people would have died for the chance for. It doesn't matter if the final product was good or bad. Just like Megan Fox dissing Michael Bay and calling him a nazi director in Transformers... yeah what a pisser, you made millions off the role "But he was a meany". She was an idiot and probably can't figure out why she was axed from the franchise.

Bumps the night fantastic...

I messed up a deal pretty bad with Yurkie, but he was a great guy and let me make things right. I recommend him to everyone and would not hesitate dealing with him again.

It sounds to me like the seller was a reasonable guy. After the OP voiced his disappointment, the seller offered the partial refund. I see no harm, no foul here so long as the seller takes responsibility like that.

In fact, my CIB collection officially is complete today as my recent Spiker CIB purchase arrived. 12 years to do so!
As for the bagged Spiker, I actually have that one sealed and I'm pretty sure it's rarer than the CIB, but the CIB will always command a premium.
<Joker voice> Where does he get all those wonderful toys? </Joker voice>

Some people are showing an interest so I will run out and buy a 9v battery in the next day or two to test the loose units to make sure the screens are ok.
I finally got a battery, and only one of the loose Microvisions works perfectly with no screenrot (an fellow AA member has dibs on it). A second one may be ok but I have to check the contrast knob on the back (I didn't think of that when I first tested it and thought the screen was dead. The third one has tons of screenrot. I will inform the interested parties when I re-test the 2nd one.
