  1. I'm selling my spare Adam computer. Tested with data packs (tapes) and cartridges and working great. Comes with main unit, keyboard, controller bracket and controller... there is no printer, so you will need your own power supply. Asking $50 + shipping. If you want the Adam with a new external power supply I just bought from a fellow AtariAger, then $80 + shipping.
  2. Awesome! It is alwasy cool to find stuff like this in the wild. Do you have some pics we can drool over? How much are you asking for the games?
  3. Do you have pics of the cassette manual pages for the archives? Still can't tell you just how friggin cool this is.
  4. Do you have pics of the backs of the cassette boxes too? This is awesome... I don't think I have ever seen so much for the 1149 in one spot. You rock!
  5. I'm hungry... I think I'm gonna eat me a sammich!
  6. Tomy had some great ones like Digital Derby, Attack in Space, Cat Dodger, Sky Catch, Torpedo Terror, Desert Race, Knight's Mission, Astro Raid and about 10 others. Tomy also had some electro mechanical ones that looked like little arcade games, they were the "Mini Arcade" series which consisted of Cosmic Clash and Daring Driver (also known as Arcade Attack and Arcade Racing)... these two were simply awesome. Cosmic Clash was also released in a Japanese version called simply "Arcade Game" Dozens of other companies released similar handheld electro mechanical games like these. eBay is definitely your friend for these. You can also find a ton of them on HandheldMuseum.com
  7. If you are just looking for official keyboard variations for the Dreamcast, this is the official Japanese one eBay Auction -- Item Number: 290566725330 (not mine) And this guy has 10 SegaNet keyboards like the one you just bought eBay Auction -- Item Number: 390315537166
  8. **winds up... hold... hold... hold...** BUMP!
  9. I'd like to publicly offer $2k for it running or not... I'm sure you will get much better offers, but it never hurts to ask.
  10. Around $80-$120 loose and wide range between $100-$300 boxed, depending on condition and if the manual is included. ALWAYS ASK IF THE BATTERY COVERS ARE PRESENT! It comes with Space Invaders and the other cartridges usually sell for between $50-$150 depending on if they are boxed or not and if they come with manuals. You can get the Space Invaders cartridge for like $10-$20 without the manual.
  11. Not sure what it is worth but I would be interested in buying it if it works.
  12. Here is a basic plan I made for my box if it helps at all.
  13. Ok, I bought some C size batteries and fired my Select-A-Game up and did a demo video of Space Invaders 2 in single player mode. I played pretty sucky one handed (I had the camera in the other paw). But you will get the general idea. It is a great little system that I feel was the next logical step in evolution from the Microvision. Space Invaders 2 is even more fun in two player mode because a friend can control the attacking fleet of aliens with the 2nd set of controls on the unit. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cnq6kCjKXyY
  14. Thanks! I had bought the strand board for $6.99 a sheet on sale 2 years ago. I think it sold for like $8-9 a sheet back then... yeah here it is at Home Depot $9.87 a sheet http://www.homedepot.com/Lumber-Composites-Plywood-Sheathing-Subfloor/h_d1/N-5yc1vZbqm7/R-100088796/h_d2/ProductDisplay?langId=-1&storeId=10051&catalogId=10053 ... price hasn't gone up too much in 2 years. But YIKES! the pressure treated lumber has doubled in price since then! That 4x4 post costs 2 arms and a leg now! I bought a factory 2nd (very warped one) from their bargain rack for like 1/2 price because I didn't care if the legs twisted a bit, heck, they are 1/2 buried anyway. (I'm a cheapskate, if I can find what I need in a bargain bin, I'm all over it) Looking at today's prices, you could still build it for under $50 it looks like. (Qualifier: I already had the concrete, fasteners and paint in my wood shop)
  15. I just have this portable power unit http://www.walmart.com/ip/Schumacher-Portable-Power-Unit/13005734?sourceid=1500000000000003260530&ci_src=14110944&ci_sku=13005734 that has a built in power inverter and two outlets... and a little vintage 5" color portable TV that has external antennae input AND composite A/V inputs to test any video source from vintage consoles to modern video devices. You can see my setup at work hooked up to an Aquarius computer for testing http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=L0x7SjrPfPY
