The seller just didn't know the difference, I let them know what they had so they didn't get a negative from a dissatisfied buyer. They were a super nice person. They have changed the description on the auction.

The project is temporarily derailed. I can't get the curling problem under control. I think this electronic cutter is better suited for like Colecovision overlays and others that are one piece. For the Aquarius, the thin strips in the intricate cuts for the keyboard overlay are too delicate for pulling off of the sticky mat provided. When I have some funds freed up I will be purchasing a die for the overlays... then I won't have to worry about anything, I can print in bulk and cut them with my 2 ton paper press. But money is tight right now as I am adding a garage to my house and that has me cash strapped for the next couple months.

Yeah, I've wanted the com/pac package variation too, the last one on ebay went for $129 which was still too much for me. I wish the seller good luck, I doubt he will get any takers at that price.

Does anyone have a spare Intellivision Melody Blaster? I prefer CIB but loose is fine. Paying cash or will trade. An electric llama would be nice too... my electric sheep are lonely.

Woohoo! I tested the drive and it works great. The only thing is that it doesn't have an AdamNet cable, I had to use the one off of the other drive to test it. Does anyone know where I can get a spare AdamNet cable?

I will be hooking that bad-boy up later today. I'm still debating on whether to sell it or keep it for my 2nd Adam system. One thing I would seriously consider is trading one of my drives for an Adam printer and box with styrofoam inserts... that is all I am missing to have a "complete" Adam set. Right now I am running on external power supplies on both of mine.

He just bought it from himself so he could give his 2nd account name one feedback instead of zero. Then re-listed it under the new account eBay Auction -- Item Number: 300545630124

From my side, it could be possible. In fact , i have second smurf game done at 70%-80% . But i put it in stand by for now. I was smurfed about smurf after having smurfed "Smurf Challenge". Excellent Youki!I really hope you do finish it, i bet it's gonna be as good as Smurf Challenge! Thanks! There are screenshots of the wip of my second smurf game in magazine Revival #46 . Will Yurkie be making more smurf controllers for that one?

I was going through a few boxes of Commodore 64 stuff that I got a few months back on Craigslist, but haven't had a chance to look at. This guy gave me his entire Commodore setup for $20 if I would haul it off for him. From one box I pulled out a ton of floppies and cables to uncover what I thought were two Commodore 1541 drives. I grabbed the first one and checked its condition and then grabbed the 2nd one to find out it was a Coleco Adam drive! This both excited me and depressed me because I just bought an Adam floppy drive from a fellow AtariAge member just a week or two ago... damn. So now I am contemplating my good fortune and wondering if I shouldn't sell it after testing it, or just hang onto it as a spare since they are so dang rare. I'm sure the guy will be bummed out whenever he goes to sell his Adam and the drive is missing. Consider this an interest check to see if any AtariAge members might be interested in this if I decide to list it in the Marketplace.

I just got an Adam Disk Drive, woohoo! I also picked up a CIB Dragon's Lair and CIB Zaxxon for it. I was just curious if there is a list of games that were officially released on disk. Someone told me that there were only like 5 programs total, is that true? Inquiring minds want to know.

A bit excited ... DK Jr Tabletop
the-topdog replied to SlowCoder's topic in Classic Console Discussion
This is a pretty fun game with the multi-color VFD and is surprisingly playable. I have the orange Coleco one that you show in the link... there was a Nintendo Game and Watch one that was identical to it, just beige in color like the attached picture. I also have the prototype mockup for the Coleco style mini-arcade tabletop http://www.geekvintage.com/coleco-tabletop-donkey-kong-jr.php -
I walk mine around on a leash... but I sometimes forget to clean up after it.

Did yet another deal with him and everything went smoothly. He is at the mercy of the shipping system down there so it takes a few weeks to get the stuff but it is always quality stuff!

Just finished a deal with him, he was very accommodating and everything went awesome.
