EDIT: Photos have been updated to reflect the correct unit. I have a spare boxed Amiga 570 CD Interface. This is a VERY rare Amiga 500 accessory. The box is in rough shape. I may even have a spare caddy I can throw in. I'm asking $95 $80 delivered. I even have a spare boxed Amiga 1020 floppy drive if anyone is interested for $15 + shipping. PM me if you are interested. I have a chance to buy a full size Star Castle arcade game so I'm doing a little fund raiser. It will be my first full size arcade game. SOLD!

I would have bought this from you, but I still can't figure out that Mr Do's Castle thread. What's to figure out? They are sold. I screwed up on my pricing. Atari 2600 is a tiny bit of my collection and I don't know the cartridge pricing at all, as you can see by my posting history here, on other forums and on eBay I have never sold Atari 2600 cartridges before (With the exception of mogul manic which is a pack in cartridge for the Joyboard). I followed the 2x rule that applies to most of the systems I collect A CIB cartridge is generally worth 2x a loose cart with manual and a NIB cartridge is generally worth 2x a CIB cartridge. But Atari cartridges are apparently all over the board. I read all the time here that the digital press and atari2600.com price guides are way off so I never look at them. I used the only price I could which was what loose cartridges were selling for on eBay $30 and based my price off that with a big discount to sell them fast. If it had been any other platform I would have known exactly the price, but as I have said, Atari 2600 pricing seems to be all over the board. I explained that twice in the Mr Do thread and didn't feel I needed to keep saying it. I do not feed trolls. Now people keep insisting on bringing my failure up in every thread I post.

Price Check - Boing! with Manual (Xonox Style) - Atari 2600
the-topdog replied to the-topdog's topic in Buy, Sell, and Trade
Thanks guys... that is less than I paid a while back... so I'll probably hang onto it for a bit till the economy gets back on an upswing again. (if I remember correctly I paid $130 for this one). EDIT: Found my old correspondence, I had paid $80 cash and a boxed Vectrex Hyperchase in trade for this particular one... So all in all about $110. -
Did you really have this and if so did you really sell them? This post was 14 minutes after your original post which makes me wonder. I sold a boxed one (open) for $500 in February of this year. Two of the big buyers bought copies this year including one of the big buyers buying a new one. I suspect that the price would be down a bit from earlier this year but new ones would still command a premium. Yes... as my post that you quoted already said, a guy bought them within 15 minutes of me listing them on CraigsList.

LOL! I'd sell some of my spare Amiga 500's for $50 plus shipping... tested and working. A500's are NOT worth $200. Heck, a CIB A1000 is barely worth $200.

Yeah I pretty much screwed up big time here. I was looking on eBay for a frame of reference and loose carts were selling for around $29-50 and one went unsold for $29. That coupled with the NIB one I bought 2 or 3 years for $110, I figured that the case would be worth like $650 so I put a $500 pricetag on them to sell fast. Tho I did still make a huge profit. I frequent estate sales (or wake sales) for finds like this... people squirrel away a lot of different items before they die. Now I'm feeling sick to my stomach after everyone has now informed me of the true value... I'm shorted myself $1500-$2000... I want to puke.

SOLD! - CIB Atari 2600 Compumate Keyboard and CIB Joyboard

Compumate keyboard is now sold. Joyboard is now sold. -
I just traded a guy for a bunch of Vectrex games to get a couple better boxes than I have for some of my hard to find titles. As a bonus I got a loose 3D Imager without the color wheel or games thrown in, he said he had no clue if it worked. I put in one of my color wheels and played a game with it and it works great. It has a bunch of scratches all over it, but nothing that affects play... and the foam on the headband is crumbling, but once again, it does not affects gameplay. Overall I would rate this in good or very good condition but not great. So up for sale is this loose Vectrex 3D Imager without color wheel. PM me with offers... I will put up some pics tomorrow night. SOLD!
