Wow ! great game Space Taxi, i never seen it before, now i know it
... anyway maybe it's a middle way: Lunar Lander and Space Taxi ...
In this Game missing the Men for the Taxi, so it's only Space Ship missions...

on TI99iuc there is a little review:

Well, in the professional studio where i gone i hoping they know how to do a captureing from VHS...
anyway they tried all the setting possible... i have not manuals for the VCR... and no other VCR to try...
i tried to capture via SCART and Cinch... on TV i see in Color and in Capturing i see in BW... all settings and 3 different programs tried...
the problem could be the capture card... it's a pinnacle MovieBox... i should try with another capturebox or a VCR NTSC

-
no way... i tried two PAL VCR... sony and panasonic... them play good ntsc on the PAL Tv... but i have problems in capture. on the computer. i tried to do it with my computer and in a professional studio.
-
Great Owen !

it could be great... let me know if you have ...
important is that the VCR must be only in standard NTSC
thank you

Load Virtualbox and a old copy of Windows on your Mac to run Windows based programs.
I actually use VB and Win98 on my Win 7. It took me about 1/2 hour to set it up. Runs real fast too. It actually runs my DOS emulators faster than in DOSbox.
VirtualBox... yes, i will try... thank you

hi Klaus.. i answered it in Post number #11 ...
anyway:
program is written in TI BASIC.
problem was:
A) saving the program on disk.

-
mmmm.... yes this could be a solution... but i must organiza to do it... i use an Apple usually...
-
If it's a TI Basic (non XB) program only, try loading it with Mini Memory cartridge, with this you have 4K more RAM.
or if we have to use XB:
Does the program uses files, if not you can reduce the number of maximum files to 1:
CALL FILES(1) [or CALL FILES(2) if you want to save it later]
NEW
OLD DSK1.YOURPGRM
The more info you give us (program specs...) the better we can help you
thank you, i tried but no way program do not load... i must load from a CS1... Minimemory in Basic or Call Files (1 or 2) in XB don't work... program stop to load after first long whistle...
To remove several lines at once you can use the DEL command from Super Extended Basic:
Furthermore with SEB you got:
COPY start line - end line, new start line, increment
MOVE start line - end line, new start line, increment
i'll try to remove parts and save parts for merging after in Classic99...
... but i can use only basic because the program can't load in XB or other... only in TI Basic withouth PEB ... LOL ... incredible... -
LOL well guys any XB that includes GKXB has all the editing commands built into it. RXB, GKXB, SXB and many others.
Here is a video of RXB that is built into Classic99 now.
Shows everything you asked and more. Editing and all the GKXB commands or features in RXB, GKXB and SXB.
Rich
It's very interesting Rich !!

... but i need it on a real machine !
...could you help me about it please ?
-
no guys... i must work on a real machine !
... the problem is to convert a program for using with classic99.. but if i attach the PEB the program give me an error after first whistle... instead without PEB i haven't this error...so for now i saved the program in two part... now i will merge it using classic99
... now i can
..instead about Super Extended Basic i have the cartridge but i must looking for the correct command to use

-
..... mmm... so i'm not so idiot because i not found how to do

now i feel myself better but not solve the problem...
i can't do any utility because the memory is fully used... no way... only the classic line number and enter will be the solution

Thank you !

Disk controllers in the PEB work fine if you happen to have an Armadillo Interface card suitable for use with the type of motherboard on your 99/8. As Ciro noted, he has a HexBus floppy drive--and that option will also work. Note that if it is used with a Double Density Disk, it will only format to 320K--and ........
Ok, i haven't an Armadillo Interface, so i can image that i will not use the PEB on TI99/8...
so i asking myself if i could use the nanoPEB or CF/7 too, but i do not think... no PEB no nanoPEB...

I am pretty sure that Editor/Assembler works with the 99/8, and that the standard floppy system also works. The issue is just with Extended Basic II. So imagine I sent you a DSK disk image or a TIFILES file - can you save that to a disk that you can read with a TI?
I wrote a tool for Linux some time ago which allows you to read and write TI-formatted floppy disks; for Windows there should be some other tool around.
well, i will try the E/A on ti99/8 but if i can't use PEB or nanoPEB i must pray that my HexBus Drive will Work correctly (i never used it at now
) ....DSK i can convert on real disk with HxC SD Card... no problem i think...

about a:
-working Pascal... well ... in the auction is specified about a "no Pascal" but on the TI99/8 there is the Pascal... so i think this machine could not have a working Pascal... i must try all when i will got it
