  1. Just in case, for those who still dunno how to load the game properly in Atari800Win PLus: http://atariteca.blogspot.com/2011/07/como-cargar-space-harrier-en.html BTW, great job, Sheddy! - Y -
  2. To tell the truth, I think I had that version, with the SEGA´s intro screen. Unfortunately, it got overwritten by mistake... - Y -
  3. Hello everyone, I would like to know if you happen to have the latest version of Space Harrier port for Atari XL/XE. When I visit the developers´ site, http://sheddyshack.co.uk/?cat=3, one can get the level 1 demo. However, searching in YouTube http://www.youtube.com/results?search_query=space+harrier+atari&aq=f you can find that some users -besides Chris Hutt himself, of course- have a second version, with level 2 enabled to be played. So, if you have such version, let me know the link to it, p.l.e.a.s.e. - Y -
  4. Thank you so much! Will seek for it anyway and try to share it as well. - Y -
  5. Hi there, Does anybody have this game manual/guide in PDF format? I´ve been surfing the web -as well as searching the forum- without much success Thanks in advance, - Y -
  6. Sure; it´s more fun to leave the cops eating dust. - Y -
  7. Hi all, Thanks for your advice! I found the answer: The speed limit to avoid the cops is below 70 mph. See the pics. - Y -
  8. Hi all, I´ve been playing -The Great American Cross Country Road Race in the last days. When I get the "radar alert", I reduce my speed under 100 mph, but I still get caught by the police car. Does anybody know how to avoid this? Thanks in advance, - Y -
  9. Hi there, Forgive my ignorance, but... why has Atarimania already featured Sinistar as a 1984 game? http://www.atarimania.com/game-atari-400-800-xl-xe-sinistar_13338.html I mean, isn´t the one published here a brand new port? - Y -
  10. Hi MaPa, My solution was to pass the recorded AVI video (with ffshow Video Codec) thru Windows Movie Maker. That way, I could reduce the file from 8 Mb to 2.4 Mb. Here is the test video: Regards, - Y -
  11. Hello flashjazzcat, After some more tests, I think I got it: using the ffshow Video Codec (from the K-Lite codec) I managed to record one minute of video in 8 Mb, more or less. Anyaway, I´ll follow your advice so perhaps I can shrink my recordings even more. Warm regards, - Y -
  12. Hi there, I´ve just started to record some videos of my gameplays using the AtariWinPLus 4.0 emulator´s feature. My problem: Despite I only try to record a few minutes -say, four or five- of gameplay, when I save the videos to my PC I get a very HUGE file (more than 90 Mb in average). What would be the best configuration so I can reduce the filesize without loosing much quality? Thanks in advance, - Y -
  13. Well, I could manage to find it by myself. I realized "Waves" was played in the Lost Tears Tavern. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xyemDydjnP4 Thanx anyway, - Y -

  16. Hello Rybags, In fact, I had already checked that link before. I also have another version of the map, a little more clear. The matter is that I cannot remember where in The City was the Tavern that played that song -it´s been so many years since I don´t make it into Xebec. - Y -
  17. To Alternate Reality players, I´m looking for a specific Tavern: the one in which the song "Waves" is played. Do you know where in The City can I find it? Thanks in advance, - Y -
  18. Does anybody know who Warren R. Barnes is? His name appears in the "Highest scores" screen of Ace of Aces (Accolade -1 1987). Tried googling for his name, but got no relevant results. Regards, - Y -
  19. Hi [email protected], Yes, it was the game. Thank you so much. @ Rybags: let me give it a try - Y -
  20. Hi everyone, I´m looking for a game name. It was kinda car driving simulation, where the player had the perspective from right behind the driver. I remember you could see his helmet. Thanks in advance for your replies, - Y -
  21. Exactly what I was looking for. Thanks again!
  22. Hi dwhyte, Your reply motivates me to go deeper into the 8-bit world. Perhaps you can share a few link so I can learn about it. Anyway, I´d like to know if it is so hard to identify such memory address, in order to cheat correctly the games. In this specific case, I´d thank you a lot if you show me the way to make the trainer file of Panther. Regards, - Y -
  23. Hello _Fandal_, Thank you so much for the file! Just one more thing: would you p.l.e.a.s.e. tell me how to do the trick? I mean, how to correctly modify those memory address? Regards, - Y -
  24. Hi there, Does anybody know how to properly set the Cheat Options in the Atari800WinPLus emulator? I´m trying specifically to increase the number of lives of the shoot-em up "Panther" (Mastertronic - 1987). Thanks in advance, - Y -
