  1. I seen that there were a bunch of CIB games there, but did not purchase anything as they were overpriced, which is typical of that location. I've only bought a game or two at the Reynolds location because their stock always sucks and their prices are crazy compared to the other stores. I also agree that their staff is not cool. I usually get my games at the Miracle Mile location, good prices and selection and the clerks are cool. East side probably has the nicest guys, and I think one of them is a collector. Every time I buy a rarer game I say "I've heard that this game is fun" and he replies, Well it is, but "Its more of a collectors item today"
  2. He forgot to ship the hands out for my ROB initially, corrected it imediately, even gave me one out of his own collection! Great seller, good communication and a fast transaction. Thanks Roger! Very trustable!
  3. Traded some Atari games to him and purchased some NES games. Transaction went well and I would buy from him again. Thanks!
  4. I have 5 2600 games new in box for trade. They are Asteroids, Solaris, Joust, Baseball, and Battlezone. I would like to trade them off for some loose carts or carts in open in box, but I prefer loose carts. I'd like to get Solaris, Battlezone and Joust out of the deal, plus a few more games. I will also consider games for NES, Genesis, Intellivision, or 7800. A picture of my games is attached. They are all sealed, and are in good condition with some corners that are wrinkled, etc. I can take more pictures if you require them.
  5. Good idea - see if you can swap all those sealed ones for loose versions, and ask them to throw in some extra stuff : ) Sounds like a good idea to me. I love collecting games, but I don't make it a priority to collect games in box, and usually avoid anything unopened, since they are usually more than I want to spend and I want to play the games! I'll post an ad on the marketplace area. I have heard the B17 bomber voice on one of the AVGN's video's, it is funny!
  6. Its a six switch model, made in Taiwan. I actually have a 4 switch model I picked up from a guy that runs a game shop around here for free. Not sure if it works though, he said it didn't, but he's a moron too. But before yesterday I didn't have the power adapter or any RF cable for it. I played a 2600 when I was young, but we never had one in my family, at least not that I remember. And I have played some of the games at the arcade or on other flashbacks and plug and play games. Jeremy thanks for the suggestions! I will look out for those games, especially the ones for the Intellivision. I do have B-17 Bomber, but still the Voice Module doesn't work. It may just need a good cleaning. None of the games worked when I brought it home yesterday, but after a good cleaning today they all worked. The lot I bought yesteday came with a boxed copy of Donkey Kong for the 7800, I played it for quite a while last night.
  7. First time post here - I just picked up my first 2600 yesterday with about 30 games, and have had a blast playing it. The games are: Barnstorming Space Invaders Gravitar Super Football Jungle Hunt Star Raiders Super Baseball Adventure Missle Command Air Sea Battle Space War Breakout Human Cannonball Star Voyager Venture Boxing ET Sorcerer Laser Blast Asteriods Star Fox Centipede Haunted House Moon Patrol It also came with a few sealed games - Asteroids, Solaris, Joust, Baseball, and Battlezone. I am torn on whether or not I want to open the games and play them or not. Are NIB Atari games worth anything? I attached a picture. The lot also came with an Intellivision II with six games and a voice module. All of the games work, but I can't get the voice module to work. It also game with a Flashback 2. I picked it all up for $50 bucks so I think it was a pretty good deal. Its nice to add some old games to my collection, as you can tell from my name I am focusing my collection on NES games, since that is what I grew up with. Anyways, I am looking forward to posting on this forum, and to building my video game collections. I also have an Atari 7800 that my girlfriend bought for me. What a great girl huh?! - Nick
