Lol it is a Run 1B, you already forgot about me bugging you with help fixing it (thanks again btw) I have everything except the dice, original batteries and the large Percepts overlay . The gun is complete except for one end styrofoam piece, does have the plastics baggies, box on that could be better tho. Nope i didnt forget,I was justing trying to herass you into posting pics, but you never told me the serial number. And youre more than welcome. Come one you must admit i did pretty well calling the Run by the items pictured ha ha. YOu also need the extra games and carrying case. Check out my collection listing lol. My rifle is only missing the plastic bags but its box is by far the nicest ive ever seen. I also need the original Batteries

I like the odyssey stuff. Looks like a Run 1b to me. Probably a later 1972 unit. If all the parts are original id guess serial number 74xxxxx or 75xxxxx. Just my gues though ha ha. Nice pics Coyo

Ill help you out here. I know it has been a while but maybe you still need help. The newer Odyssey 2s used a standard RF switch. So you will either need to find another odyssey 100-500 style system, an original odyssey, or you can mod the cord. To do this cut it in half, YOu can use the other hald to make a cord for the Origianl odyssey. Sell it on ebay or save it. The cable has two layers like a regular RF cord. YOu have to go and get a RRA conntector, then strip the wire down. The outside part of the wire will role down and be connected to the bottom of the connector. The senteer wire needs to be soldered to the center post. Not too hard. Or you can open the system, Remove the whole wire and resolder a new one in. Up to you

Yes. The only type of console the NES switch wouldnt work with is a System that has a hard wired cable like the pong systems. Since the NES rf switch has a RF cable hard wirded to it

See thats why this kinda matters. If they were involved with odyssey it beat EVR race by a year. Kinda odd. Im trying to confirm this with Ralph Baer. He had never heard of it though that doesnt make it not true Was it on wikipedia. I read it elsewhere

SO i read that Nintendos first venture was to distribute the Magnavox Odyssey system in Japan in 1974. Kind of odd. Does anyone know anything more about this. This console would be a peice of history. It would have stared Nintendo into the market and would also have Spread the odyssey even further away

I have a concern with this. Doesnt the metal plate on the bottom dictate a Display unit which are Quit rare. If i remember correcty these ones were for store displays like walmart. Maybe someone here that knows more than i do can shed some light on it

I have noticed this myself. Though the fact that i aggrssively bid against him in all situations doesnt hurt. I wont go as high as him so he still often wins but he pays alot more. Plus noone is really buying his odysseys. That other system was posted in a weird way, not including MAgnavox in the title so i never noticed it. I would probably have won it. I paid $400 for the same two things ha ha. It is nice to see the market coming back into line.

Yes the daughter boards should just pull out. Did you try adjusting the blue potentalmeters to get the centerline to appear. As far as I know I'm the only one who has the test manual. If you need any information at all feel free to pm me

I hate to tell you ace but both those things are present. They could be better and external but they are already there. But still the best of luck to you. I look forward to seeing the final product

Its not as easy as it looks. Yoy have to do it very fast, and cant take damage on the way. Its a timed issue
