  1. Sometimes the lines at the local Micro Centers can get pretty long so this is definitely something people should take advantage of.
  2. Just remember this is not the same Activision that we all know and love. This is new Activision that would sell its mother for a supply drop in COD.
  3. I ordered mine on the Best Buy site this morning. I noticed the controllers are a fairly hot commodity. They appear to be sold out everywhere.
  4. I just got off the phone with our local Best Buy and was told that they were not sure if the release is going to be online only or local. She told me to call back Tuesday morning to see if they had received any units.
  5. Micro Center is still not showing a listing for this and GameStop now has a release date of 07-02-21? I thought this was supposed to be released this Tuesday?
  6. Yet another killer conversion Graeme. Buy this game. You will not be disappointed.
  7. Now I just need to decide which version to pick up...
  8. Looking forward to your review.
  9. I was looking at the Raspberry Pi 4 accessories on the Micro Center site when I found this? There does not seem to be any YouTube videos on this? Does anyone have one that they can comment on the build quality? EDIT: I forgot to mention this one has a Raspberry Pi inside. They have other models that are USB with no Pi.
  10. His loss to his family and this community is truly incalculable. RIP Curt.
  11. I picked this up at Micro Center today. I figured some of you might be interested since oddly enough this isn't listed on their website.
  12. This one is for nanochess, any chance of this happening? This is from the retropie forum for the newly released beta for the RPI4. mitu GLOBAL MODERATOR Dec 23, 2019, 2:52 AM I've got jzintv running on the Pi4 - it will probably be added to the development branch soon(ish). For coolcv, it's a different story, since it's not an open source emulator and the binary distributed is using the (legacy) Broadcom GL libraries. Porting it to the new Mesa GL driver might need some changes to the emulator, which only its author can do.
  13. Good luck with your mother in-law.
  14. Thanks for posting this. I had no idea this was around.
  15. File this under you learn something new every day. Thanks for the history lesson gentlemen.
  16. I found a fix of sorts. I plugged in speakers to the 3.5mm jack on the pi and now I'm getting CoolCV audio. EDIT: That was after I went into the retropie config and changed the audio from HDMI to 3.5mm jack.
  17. All of a sudden I have no audio with the emulator in retropie on a pi 3b+? I just did a fresh install to see if that would fix the issue and it has not. All of the other emulators have no issue with sound? Any ideas?
  18. I ordered 2 of the Sears Video Arcade II controllers because I have been curious about them for a while. I have never seen it mentioned that the DB9 connectors on these controllers have nubs on the top and bottom which are currently preventing me from using them with the 2600-dapter D9. It appears I would have to force them into the adapter. I guess I can file them off? Is there a technical reason for their existence in the first place? Any help would be greatly appreciated..
  19. Getting these scanned would be fantastic. The only ST Informer that Atarimania has online is the October 94 issue. There is always more room for ST magazines.
