  1. Got my Intellivision I today and it works. I am super happy. The controllers feel nice. Maybe they are better than the ones on the Intellivion II.
  2. Actually i lied, he still had 5 games i did not own so i bought, LOCO-MOTION, BUMP&JUMP, THE DREADNAUGHT FACTOR, PINBALL, and MOTOCROSS. I'm still happy.
  3. Shoot i missed that auction today. You did good. Looks like all the good games have been bought already. I was snoozing. I was searching for other stuff.
  4. I hope this can help some people. It's a 2 part video
  5. Are you serious? I bought this game new and still have it complete in the box. In fact I play it once in a while and make my thumbs bleed pushing all the different buttons. I love that game, one of the best for the Intv IMHO. I had no idea it was so sought after. A copy complete in box is worth close to $200.
  6. I kind of did the same thing but for a different reason. Even though i bought that Intellivision II and lot of games, they very next day i bought another Intellivision II off Ebay for $25. But i bought it because i am thinking ahead to the future and wanted to make sure i had an extra power supply and an extra set of controllers. I'd hate to think how hard it might be to find replacement parts in another 10-20 years. Both systems had a bad controller so i really only have one good set. So i'm still wanting another set of controllers for the future.
  7. I used to be pretty decent at this game 20+ years ago, but i cannot remember any strategies i may have learned. I have only played this once since then on the Intellivision Lives collection. But i just ordered the real cartridge again and hope to have it soon. I am in the mood to give this game a go again. It's kind of funny that i own the Lives collection but i hate playing the games on it. I'd rather have the real thing.
  8. I have original Atari a/c power supplies & new after market, which one are you interested in? Well since they are not for me, whatever is cheapest. Do the aftermarket ones work as well as the originals?
  9. As long as i'm in the mood, i may make a Burgertime tips youtube video. I'm not doing it just for this club but just to help people in general. But this contest has put me in a helpful mood. I even learned new strategies myself in the last 2 days.

  12. Well i hate to do this to you guys but i'm setting the bar high, i was feeling better today. I'll give you guys some pointers below. Here is something i read in the rules in the 2600 High Score Club: You are also encouraged to share any hints, tips, strategy, etc with the rest of the people in the High Score Club. So that's exactly what i'll do. First tip is to conserve your peppers, It is better to lose a life in the early levels instead of wasting peppers because you will need them for the later levels like level 7. I find that level almost impossible without peppers. I went into that level once with no peppers and 8 lives and didn't make it. Also try to be in the right place at the right time to get more peppers. They always show up at the same place so time it right. Second tip is learn the patterns of the enemies and use it to your advantage, you will be surprised how you can trick them. Also try and lure them all in a certain direction. Like when start off on certain boards, try and stay in the bottom middle and when all the enemies are going down, yo go up. Then they may all bunch together so you don't get trapped. There are lots of ways to trick the bad guys. Try and not waste points by just dropping buns with no enemies on them. You won't get no points that way.
  13. I only know of the ones listed at intvfunhouse.com but i forgot which ones did or didn't. But you may have already checked there?
  14. The game i want most of all is Body Slam Super Pro Wrestling, a game i owned years ago. But i don't want to pay the going price for it. If you go by the rarity guides they say it goes for $25-$60 loose. It always goes for more than that on Ebay.
  15. I thought i would share some of my recent Intellivision purchases and great deals i have made recently. If anybody else wants to share their deals go on ahead. I'll start with the reason i am back into Intellivision gaming to begin with. I haven't owned an Intellivision in 20+ years and roughly 1 month ago i purchased an Intellivision II with 25 games for around $47 from a seller on another site. Now i'm back into the Intellivision harcore. Maybe even more hardcore than when i owned my first one as a kid. And i just got my income tax money back and i have gone on a compulsive buying spree. I have a bad addiction for buying games and i can't stop lol. "I don't have all these items yet, some i bought as recently as last night" All Prices are shipped Ebay deals: The Intellivision I i posted about in the other thread $26.50 A 19 game lot that includes Dracula and Nova Blast $14.20 Slam Dunk Super Pro Basketball $12.38 Buzz Bombers and He Man $5.47 Royal Dealer "complete" and World Championship Baseball $14.42 Advanced Dungeons and Dragons "shrink wrapped" $5.50 Qbert & Frogger $6.99 Gamegavel deals: Diner $27.00 Pac-Man "white label" $5.00 Half.com: Tropical Trouble "with box and overlays" $8.74 A purchase i just made off of Atari2600.com which is still pending: Atlantis, Chip Shot Super Pro Golf, Mission X, 1 pair of Sticklers(joysticks for the INTV), and Centipede for the Atari 2600 $19.86 From a seller on another site: Demon Attack, Shark! Shark!, Thunder Castle and Tron Deadly discs $28 Will my madness ever end? Maybe soon, i'm getting down to only wanting a few more games. lol
  16. This post may be pointless but i'd like to hear your opinions anyway. I just purchased this Intellivision off Ebay last night and wondered if you think i got a good deal, especially price wise. It was untested but claimed the previous owner said it worked perfect. I took a big risk but hope it pays off. Seller "seems to be" honest. The reason i bought this, is because i have only owned an Intellivion II, never owned an Intellivion I. I keep hearing the controllers are better and the fact it will play those few Coleco games. eBay Auction -- Item Number: 200432100830
  17. Now i have not tried these myself but i hear these ones are good. I seen a Youtube video of someone using them. https://www.atari2600.com/item--Sticklers--PROD2575.html
  18. I have never had a problem using the disc. I have a hard time using an Atari joystick and prefer the Intellivision disc.
  19. I gave it a go anyway. I think i can do better lol. I feel that "Game 2 Medium" is way too slow and is a lot easier. You have plenty of time to run around and not get caught. 104,350
  20. What else could it say? btw. i think intv version of burgertime is one of the best, even rivaling or better than nes.what yall think? I have only played the Nes version once and had a hard time controlling it, but an easy time controlling the Intellivision version. The real argument seems to be is the Colecovision version better. I have never played that version but seen some reviews of people saying it was better. I should getting some scores posted soon. Not feeling so good today so i might wait til tomorrow.
