One more Kroz video. Possibly my last playthrough video at least. But i wanted to do one for Assassin mode. I probably will stick with Thief mode for casual play. Levels 18 and 30 on Assassin are just brutal and push my nerves to the limit. It took my nerves and twisted them and spit them out lol. In my opinion the 2 hardest levels in the game (On Assassin Mode).

If i'm gonna be honest, this is the only AA tab i have open. I rarely step outside the Intellivision section as much as i used to. I used to venture into 2600 and General Gaming section more often but not recently.

I want a magnet. It would look nice next to my Atariage magnet on my fridge.

During my childhood i was playing Intellivision and Nintendo at the same time. I had an Intellivision and my friend on the other block had an Nes. He came to stay the night once in a while and some nights it would an Intellivision night and others the Nes. I had the best of both worlds. One night it was playing Slam Dunk or doing the whole NCAA Tournament in NBA Basketball (no 3 point line in college at the time) and we had the whole bracket drawn on paper and other nights it was creating the Detroit Tigers in Baseball Stars and building the team up. Some nights it was Burgertime, Shark Shark & He-Man and others it was Mario, Zelda & Contra. etc. etc. etc.

I have looked through the manual so many times it is already far from mint. lol

Yes, on Assassin i made it on a few levels with literally a couple seconds on the clock. You have to be quick and precise or you won't complete it. lol I don't want to brag but i did finish my first attempt at Assassin in one sitting in about 4-5 hours. I should of recorded it. There is a lot of replayability. I know i can do better. Either on score or time. I'm actually more interested in how fast i can beat it vs score.

Do you know if shipping Priority to Canada (or other countries) is the same and customs and postage are combined in one label? At the moment i only ship First Class International (4 pounds and under) to Canada and a few other select countries. If it's over 4 pounds i only use the Global Shipping program since i was not sure if it was as convenient (for myself) as First Class. I don't ever leave the house anymore to go to the post office. I use the package pick up service through USPS.

The Gameplay of that game is very similar to Cosmic Ark on the 2600. Very cool game.

Also there are a few Intellivision forums on actual dedicated Intellivision sites but they are only maybe 1% as active as these forums. Making the forums is easy. getting people to move over is near impossible.

I hope it is a success because i'm already wanting a sequel. LOL

I was looking at this list again and i'm kind of surprised Master of the Universe did not make the top 50. That seems kind of shocking. It would easily make my top 20 and was close to making my top 10. On a side note out of all the intellivision gameplay videos i have on my Youtube channel, Masters of the Universe has the most views with a whopping 14,085 views. It's also the 3rd most viewed video of mine overall.

I think one of the main reasons i made this, is because i had so much trouble figuring this one out. I was stuck for the longest time. i thought that timer was so unfair LOL. And i will admit i beat this game 3 times and never noticed the hole on the bottom right hand of the screen until today. DOH. And i thought it would be completely impossible to get the white key and get back out the other way. But i found a way.

I'm thinking of doing some room specific videos. Would anybody be against that? I won't do every one unless requested. But there a few i'd like to do. The one i want to do the most is Level 28 Timed Slider Maze. I want to show the quick solution i came up with, plus i want to experiment. There are still some things i never did figure out like getting the key and getting back out. And also on Level 21 i never figured out how to extend the timer. I was just lucky and solved it with barely a few seconds on the clock.

Here is a tip that really isn't a spoiler. I found on levels that have mazes and ghosts chasing you, that it is better to tap the disc instead of spinning. Usually in let's say Pac-Man or Burgertime i tend to spin the disc when going around corners but i feel that doesn't work as well in Kroz. It works sometimes but not others. But just tapping worked better. tap Left, Tap Right, Tap Up etc.

After some memorizing i found an easy way to get through the pipes and to the crown real fast. I was just wondering about the pipe connecting to the ceiling. And i'm proud to announce i have beaten Kroz on Assassin Difficulty. Boy was that tough. For a while i was thinking i was not seeing any ghosts speeding up. But that was until i hit room 18. My god. Both ways to solve it are insanely difficult. And i almost got close to not using up all my hearts and having to reload. But that was until i hit room 30. Maybe the most difficult room in the game on Assassin. I also had to reload 1 more time with a combination of the Volcano and Fire Ants. I also learned the only reason i thought the final boss was easy and a push over was only because i got lucky the first 2 times i played it. There is specific timing with him and this time around it took me a while to get it. One last thing, i may have found another glitch in the game but once again i don't know if it was intentional to make the game harder. On the level Transporter Hell (Assassin Difficulty). In the very top left corner of the screen if you warp in the wrong direction you will land right in the middle of the timer and die. Or i should say the empty space of the timer since it has counted down some. You can also just walk right into the space as well if are in the top left square. If the timer was full it will block you but when the red bar goes down it creates an empty space you can walk right into. You will die and it will say the timer has expired even though the timer hasn't reach zero. If you play on Thief you will not have this issue since the timer does not run on this level. It's not the biggest of deals. You just have to be more careful when warping there. YAYYYY I Beat Assassin. It was damn tough. My nerves were shot by the end.

I'm still wondering if that is a glitch in room 28 or not. If you fast forward to about 2:46:00 of my Playthrough video i posted above and watch for a minute you see what i'm talking about. Was just wondering if it's suppose to that. I find it quite fascinating. lol
