  2. if a circuit was built to use an analog stick instead of a d-pad then you would get 16 directions that way. i love playing inty on my wii with an analog stick. i also think if someone made a device the had the 3 side buttons on it and it attached to the controller on the right side of the disc and had an adapter cable that you plugged into the system and the controller plugged into the adapter it would work while keeping the disc. i personally usually dont play anything that uses 16 directions so i think his adapter is a great idea. also if you modified an "arcade stick controller" to work on this you could install a 4/8 way switchable arcade stick in it and whoop some ass in games like d2k.

    Inty. wii. How?

.That's the exact point when this stopped being interesting and started being about prompting you to get on with it already.

Seriously. Love you Rev, but this isn;t tantalizing anymore. unless you've somehow ported all the Tron games and both movies to the INTV, you hyped too long.

  4. , and many of us knew of his struggles to try to live an eco-friendly lifestyle.

And on that subject I repeat: DO NOT TRY IT. Unless you are incredibly wealthy, you're risking slowly starving to death. I have run into several folks who have told me they did it just fine.

Every one of those folks was on a pension or disability. In fact, many of my neighbors are on disability and food stamps and heat assistance, so they get to the tune of 18 hundred dollars a month of assistance. When your bills are zero, that's a lot of money. Normal humans cannot do it. The technology simply is not there yet.

  5. I'm considering something odd: streaming games for cash. Would anyone wanna watch a silly mountain man play games? If I invest $35 every three months my stream would show commercials which may net me USD $0.04 cents er viewer per commercial.

  6. I just got an insulting IM saying "If it's that close, why not shut down your radio station?"

Hey, Tom? Whoever the hell you are here? Chuff a fat hog. I've had that station running nonstop since 2007. The ten bucks a month it costs me if I don't play any non public domain stuff would hurt me less than losing the small following.

  7. With the generous $85 donations from atariage folks, I was able to get a new starter and battery for my truck (I had some saved up). I did not come up with the money to move my family where there is power, running water, and sewage, but we still live. It's razor's edge, but we're getting about 6 bucks a week ahead.

A thank you to all who helped, at least we're still alive.

Two middle fingers to the scumbag moderator who shut it down and will likely shut this thread down as well. Like I wasn't humiliated enough.

  8. Here are some pictures of DK XMAS That I made for Digital Press years ago.

  9. I am just asking, I cannot assume the answer but ask anyways, you've no immediate family or friends to ask for assistance?

I am not dismissing your plight but this type of post always seems to spring up around this time with varying results. Most people have some immediate frined or family member to assist. Asking people on forums always comes off suspicious regardless of intent or validity.

Why would I ask relative strangers for help if I had family who could? Logically, I'm either at the end of my rope or I'm lying to scam money off of you. I guess at the end of the day you believe me or you don't. I have no way to prove to you that I'm not just on here asking for crack money. For all you know I might be doing exactly that.

  10. Firstly, you folks have no idea how utterly humbling it is to have to do what I'm about to do. Some of you may remember my drunken rambling about all my vehicles breaking down and having no way to get to work? Well, work has been very patient with me about this, as I have been able to get in sporadically at best. It is a 5 mile trip down the mountain to the pavement, and then another 18 miles to work. My boss has found a trailer home I should be able to afford the rent on, however, what I cannot do is afford the deposit as I have exhausted my savings trying to chase a "green" lifestyle and then trying to repair vehicles.

I basically doomed myself to failure as I was paying slightly less than one-half of my income just for gas to GO TO WORK. The mountain man lifestyle was cute at first, but then a baby came. Now, suddenly being unable to use my lights regularly ("affordable" solar power is crap; and don't let anyone tell you otherwise), lacking running water, lacking sewage and even being periodically unable to cook is affecting my family horribly, and I have been shown the folly of my hubris.

Frankly, I should have gotten out sometime back in June when I still had enough money saved to do so.

Now, I am not necessarily asking for straightout donations. For any who are willing to help, I can (eventually) pay you back if you so choose. I feel like an utter failure as a provider to even have gotten myself into straits this dire, and now I come to the point where I must get help or my family will starve. If you can help, my paypal (and email) is [email protected] With only a few hundred I should be able to make a down payment on the deposit (the owners of the property are kind enough to allow me to work with them on that) and get my utilities switched on.

I am sorry to bother you all with this and thank you for any consideration you may offer, even if all you can do is pray for me and my family, that little bit will help.

  11. I found a strange envelope from Georgia. Inside of it was a button. INTV brotherhood. Thank you, Rev. That brought a smile to my face during what has, frankly, been a beyond awful time. It is on my jacket for all the world to see and there it shall remain.

  12. truck broke again. all repairs failed. got caught on hill. slid backwards. neck hurt. I decided to take a NAP

in the truck in the winter in Montana for some reason, I'm guessing whiplash or shock or something. wake up an hour later.

ran home, got help, people who's help I got ended up crashing into my truck

now I'm on the hook for everything wrong with my vehicle and anything wrong with theirs

I have 62 dollars in savings, $315 in bank, and no way to get to work ever again. all of my vehicles are broke down beyond repair

I tried my best man. you all were here, hearin' about it now and then. I tried my best, to fix things, hold down a job, cut power consumption, do everything right

and it all failed and my Dad's in the hospital from a heart attack and everything is awful.

I'm burying myself in a fuckin sake bottle right now. Do any of you have a Vita with Need For Speed or ragnarok oddyssey online, or a Steam account? I just wanna play some video games and forget about all of this for one night.
