..fact is that collection looks to be worth a good quarter of a million.. if it were real. Which it's not. Tineye some of the images in the auction and you'll find they match images of Michael Jackson's collection.

It's a strange tax dodge on the lsot money through fees.. Kinda like Uwe Boll's shitty movies: if any of them actually turned a profit; he'd end up losing money.

So, we're finally getting enough sun that I can game, so I pulled the Inty off the shelf from where it had been sitting since I got D1K Arcade... in fact that was still IN it, heh.. and hooked her up all excited like you would not BELIEVE. Black screen on power on. I fiddled, changing channels, taking controllers out, different outlets, different RF cable, different carts and inserting at different depths and I ONCE managed a fully green screen; not Intellivision Cartridge Bootup green, though. No sound or anything. It's a Sears unit and it seems to be dead, Jim. I'm not afraid to solder and use a voltmeter... does anyone know any troubleshooting steps I can take?

They did propose a sequel to Night Stalker once. I believe the proposed title "Lady Stalker" wouldn't go over as well now as it would have in the 80's.

And for the love of everything holy, people, make SURE you change the aspect ratio the TV is displaying at when playing Inty games. That's my pet peeve. Intys display at 4:3, not 16:9.

Same for you. Use an F-type instead of the box, and get a signal amp.

My recommendations as the son of a TV repairman who picked up a lot of info over the years: Don't use the slider box. Pointless in this day and age. Get an RCA F-type to coax male adapter. Then, if need be, use a signal strengthener. I use this one for my large HDTV http://www.walmart.com/ip/RCA-10dB-Video-Signal-Amplifier/11600128?ci_src=14110944&ci_sku=11600128&sourceid=1500000000000003142050&veh=cse My small one, I don't need it. If you use more than one coax for input, just get a manual switchbox and plug all sources into that and just press the button for the one you want to use. Wal-Mart and Radio Shack have them for under ten bucks. Those slide adapters are rather crappy, especially for modern HDTVs. The signal coming out of these old systems is already very weak, and the way those are designed weakens it even further. Old TV tuners were expecting to have to deal with aerials, and were designed for weak signals. Modern HDTVs don't expect anyone to be using aerials anymore, so don't have an internal amp. My brother had the 30hz flicker problem with his Inty as well, and the signal booster evened it out.

I don't record the shows. it went pretty well, all things considered. Some things I need to iron out and set up macros for, but other than that pretty smooth.
