It's one of the games I have yet to figure out along with Stampede...

Stampede is quite the under-rated game. It's a wonderful "juggling" type game with a neat risk/reward system.. You try not to let the cattle get past your cowboy(3 and your done) all the while lassoing cattle in a pattern, in that you can get to one side or the other quickly to not lose any. The risk/reward would be deciding to lasso cattle(which opens up quicker cattle in their spot) or just bouncing them back up the range.
great game!

Interesting things to consider.. thanks for putting that together
I find win95 worked a bit better for the PCs I've been using; p133's and a p166, than win98se.. maybe it's just me, but win98 seemed to be a hog in each instance and things seemed to run slower.. I still have my 386 15Mhz in the basement and one day will fire it back up and see what the heck I have on it.. dreading the whole configuring the ram thing though.. haven't tried DOSbox yet

Excellent games picked thus far..
Definitely any Football game feels "right" this time of year..

Nice collection there, man

I'm still pissed being late to Philly Classic a few years back and missing the Atari Superman and the Robot from Berserk - these 2 look wonderful, just not my cup o' tea..
Man I would love to have the Berzerk robot to put next to my Berzerk Arcade Cab. And I can think of a few others I would like also.

Here's what it looked like(amongst others)

I had found the dot and deducted that it was a random object that was supposed to make the room blink when too many objects were in there, since the chalice could often be found there as well.. I remember bringing the dot around and thinking it was just useless, because it really didn't interact with anything..
It's highly doubtful that I stumbled into Warren's name by accident, but I can't recall how we learned how to do so..

For me it was definitely the sports games. Even back then as a kid, I realized the controller for the Inty was awkward for action games, but wonderful for sports. My buddy had an Inty, and damned if I wasn't chasing his older sister around, I was playing Baseball and Football..

funny.. I found myself whistling the Skateboardin' tune a few days ago in Home Depot.. gotta love how songs like that just pop into your head..

I've been searching for a nice Frogger machine - nice find! envy..

The only real thing that burns me with Nintendo is how they bastardize most every franchise to a point of over saturation so much so, where it's just not fun for me. I saw it fester greatly on the N64 and it seems par for the course now. I guess the frustration with "fanboys" is how it's perceived they just lap it all up regardless. Personally I don't have a problem with them, simply because if that's how they enjoy it, fine, though it's not for me.
Though, there is a little bit of me that thinks that Nintendo would give more bang for the buck in their games, if there wasn't a blind following, but that's just a little bit

That being said, I'm a bit stoked for the Wii..

Q: In particular I wanted to be sure if the joy sticks work perfectly. ThanksApr-14-06
A: Yes they do. I tested it for like 30 minutes just yesterday. These things have a horrible problem with controllers, but that is why i tested it. I had 11 controllers and these were the only two that worked. Thanks Jay
If I were you I'd ask the seller since he tested them..

No offense to TAT, it's a wonderful magazine, but with the traffic that The Underdogs generates, I'm sure people would pay dearly(much more than current rates) for the domain name..

Depends on the material - Is that vinyl? canvas?

If things fall through on those 2 nomads, I'd be interested in seeing the Dreamcast collection..
I have a very nice Nomad, nice screen, and sound.. comes with the rechargeable battery pack(which still holds a charge for about 2 hours), the regular battery pack, a/c pack, and wires to hook it up to your TV should you desire.. It's really a fun system, but with the PSP and SP I have, there's no need to play it so it sits in my closet untouched..

GI: (laughs) The name Wii makes me think of peeing! You said you have to hold the DS like a book for Brain Age, I hate to know how I’m supposed to hold the Wii controller. They now have 10 year olds conducting interviews over at Game Informer?

"Look honey, I've scheduled a little culture for us and the kids this vacation"
"Oh that's great, finally a break from the arcades and video game shops here in NYC, what's the museum called?"
"American Museum of the Moving Image"
"That sounds lovely, I'll pack a lunch"

haha awesome video..

I'd certainly recommend PGA Tour 1+2 for the Genny - wonderful golf games..
If you have a PSP you have to get Hotshot Golf.. top notch game as well

It's easy as parents to think in a narrow view that all the wrongs in the world are out to get your children. It's a natural instinct to protect your young ones, as there is some merit in keeping your child out of harms way. The danger here, is that Pam seems to be focusing her rage in the wrong direction. Why isn't she talking to her kid, to let him know that such games aren't good for 12 year olds to play? Why isn't she involved with the friend's parents to see the type of house they run?
It's redundant to say, but these games aren't meant to be play by kids, just like 'R' rated movies aren't meant to be seen by the same kids. I can see their points being valid, if there were no "kid friendly" games, but the majority of games are in fact rated teen and under. An article I read a few days ago stated that 13% of games made were "M" or "AO" rated.
These people need to start parenting and quit blaming others..

Intellivision = Baseball
Colecovision = Atlantis
Vectrex = Mind Storm(only played 3 games so far)

I'd be interested in the Vecflash on it's own if you don't mind separating the two..
though you might fetch more with the cart and the machine together..
