  1. Yeah me neither and I don't want to insult you if my offer is way too low But I want one of these carts
  2. So I went ahead and emailed him to see if he'd negotiate
  3. I saw that before.. Some guy was comparing how cheap his BIN was compared to what someone else had sold theirs for..
  4. hope I didn't pay too much http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewI...gory=27182&rd=1
  5. I've sold a few things. What makes you say that? Because I know how to put "Doylestown, PA" in the Location field instead of "HEY, I LOVE YOU AND WILL GIVE YOU SOME LOVIN' IF YOU USE BIN!"? D'oh! you're in Doylestown?! no wonder all the Genny games have gone dry in the area
  6. oh look again he changed it to "reproduction"
  7. Yea, it would be cool to get it back at one point. But, if it happens to end up in AA's musueum or auctioned off for charity, thats ok by me as well. I can either leave it to AA members or myself to decide it's fate. I guess the next logical question is...is there an end date? Or does it just stay in circulation until whenever? I'm guessing the end date should be when everyone here at AA has a chance to get the cart. Perhaps we should get a list going of who and from which location is interested.
  8. I just wondering at what point the cart becomes "sentimental value" to us and we start insuring the thing The first ever insured combat cart!
  9. I must have the Madden '82 Hopefully joey will be joining in soon
  10. Yeah, in my link above, the guy gave me a choice of him offering a refund or him sending the game to me "as is" with the known battery defect. I told him to go ahead and ship the game. He returned the money instead. Now he wants to relist the item at a higher price..
  11. If you recall this situation where I suspected they guy didn't want to sell a game that I had won on his auction simply because it was under valued.. I asked him to ship the game anyway, but he said "no it's defective" and returned my money. Ok great I got my money back, but I still think it was wrong. So I nicely led him to believe that I knew what he was doing and here's his reply if you can believe it. "Oh man OH MAN i REALLY DON'T LIKE PEOPLE ACCUSING ME OF BEING A LIAR i I, AM, WITH YOU HERE. with this cart you cannot save the game. I did not test that tell after the auction and without being able to save an rpg is no good. I am not keeping it to make extra money. This game is fairly COMMON my VIDEOGAME STORE HAS A COPY OF IT FOR $5 NOW. i AM GOING TO INSTALL THE BATTERY AND RELIST IT AT A STARTING BID OF 4.95 BECAUSE THESE BATTERIES COST ME AND ITS WORK AS WELL. " and my reply: "This just proves my point. Why won't you sell me the "fixed" game at the auction price to save you reputation? Had I sold a "bad" item, I most certainly would try to make good on it. Up to this point I thought perhaps we can work something out on our own. This just leads me to believe you want to sell your game at a higher price. I'm quite miffed at this with your high feedback count that you wouldn't try to resolve something and move on." Should I leave this guy a negative? I only have 5 or 6 feedbakcs without a negative, will he give me one back? thanks! [/url]
  12. Since it's Milkman's idea, I suggest he starts(if he wants). Let him pick who to send it to, then it can go from there.
  13. Well, I thought I could put some kind of marking to put on the back. Like this... Hey that's cool! I'm in.. want my address? or who are you going to send it to first?
  14. Interesting, but how would we know if it's the same cart and not some other combat cart?
  15. errr.. am I to assume that this was directed at me as well? I'm confused
  16. I'd certainly be interested in that deal, but I think mcgrail should have dibs on it since he jumped on it first.
  17. Hey that's a pretty cool game! You mean if I start pirating software I can become a video game character, too?! See you guys later, I have to get downloading!
