  1. We need these games to complete all the sports titles for the Genesis(I know a daunting task, but the kids are into it) Preferred to have them boxed with instructions and we enjoy paying around a buck a piece but will entertain other deals. Thanks for looking Arch Rivals Arnold Palmer Tournament Golf Barkley: Shut Up and Jam Barkley: Shut Up and Jam 2 Brett Hull Hockey ‘95 Bulls vs Blazers California Games Champions World Class Soccer Championship Bowling Chi Chi’ Pro Challenge Golf College Football USA ‘97 College Football’s National Championship College Football’s National Championship 2 David Crane’s Amazing Tennis David Robinson’s Supreme Court Davis Cup Tennis Double Dribble: The Playoff Edition ESPN Speedworld ESPN Sunday Night NFL FIFA Soccer ’97 Gold FIFA Soccer ’98 The Road to the World Cup Foreman for Real Formulas One Greatest Heavyweights of the Ring Hardball ‘95 Head-On Soccer Hit the Ice Jennifer Capriati Tennis Jerry Glanville’s Pigskin Footbrawl John Madden Football ’93 Championship Edition Jordan vs Bird Lakers vs Celtics Madden NFL ‘97 Muhammed Ali Heavyweight Mutant League Football Mutant League Hockey NBA Action ‘94 NBA Action ‘95 NBA Hang Time NBA Jam Tournament Edition NBA Live ‘95 NBA Live ‘96 NBA Live ‘97 NCAA Final Four Basketball NCAA Football NFL ’94 starring Joe Montana NFL ‘98 NFL Quarterback Club NHL ‘98 Olympic Summer Games: Atlanta ‘96 Pat Riley Basketball Pele Pele 2 Pete Sampras Tennis PGA European Tour PGA Tour ‘96 PGA Tour Golf PGA Tour Golf 3 Prime Time NFL Football Pro Quarterback Roger Clemens MVP Baseball Super Baseball 2020 Super Volleyball Team USA Basketball Tecmo Super Baseball Tecmo Super Hockey Tecmo Super NBA Basketball Tecmo World Cup Toughman Contest Troy Aikman NFL Football Unnecessary Roughness ‘95 Wayne Gretsky and the NHLPA All-Stars Wimbledon Championship Tennis Winter Challenge World Championship Soccer World Championship Soccer 2 World Class Leaderboard World Cup USA ‘94 World Series Baseball ‘95 World Series Baseball ‘98 World Trophey Soccer
  2. I'm interested, but need to do some research since I'm not too familiar with the Vectrex.. Except for what we played at the Philly Classic last year.. it seems like a cool unit, but how many games are there for it? are the game rare or readily available? Is there a lot of maintenance with these? etc etc etc
  3. lol classic! "I am starting the auction at $10.00 and at that price I figure you all can take a chance." haha and it went for $860. Hmm maybe I should raid my wife's collection
  4. Milkman, that's good stuff! Do you have a website with more cartoons ?
  5. Try some of the sports games. I think Madden looks and plays much better on the Nomad than it does on the GBA.
  6. I think you're right to leave a negative or at least a neutral feedback. This is something that should be mentioned if there wasn't a picture. I think the feedback would be honest since you would be warning prospective buyers that they should double check or to ask about the item with this seller. I would certainly like to know that about a prospective seller The guy has pictures on most of his other auctions. I wnder why he didn't have one for this auction?
  7. Hmm funny.. I have the 1st Madden in a cardboard box for the Genny but the rest all the way up to Madden 98 are in plastic.
  8. Ok I found one similar, but more expensive. This one has 2 outlets and battery clips if you need them. You can plug it in the lighter or run it off a 12vbattery. They don't seem to have the single outlet one on their website. here's the link http://www.radioshack.com/product.asp?cata...t%5Fid=22%2D146
  9. Yeah, I was going to mention Radio Shack as well, but I think what I bought was a different product. I couldn't find it on their webpage, but it's an adapter that you plug into the car's lighter power outlet and then the opposite end has a reguler house 3 pronged outlet. It's awesome for car trips since it's strong enough to power a Nomad, laptop and a small TV or anything else with not a lot of wattage. I think it was around $40-$50, well worth the money to keep the kids at bay on long trips. As far as rechargable battery power, the battery pack that came with my Nomad lasts about 2.5 - 3 hours. I was so lucky to get this with the Nomad I bought off ebay.
  10. Looks like you got a pretty good deal. I've seen them go for over hundred bucks. I wouldn't bother putting normal batteries in the power pack since they last only for a few hours. Try using rechargable ones or of course the a/c adapter. As far as games go, I think pretty much all work(haven't tried one which hasn't). BUT there are some games, which you will find, play much better than others simply because of the smaller screen than what was intended. For the most part, I enjoy most games played on it.
  11. Finding all sorts of cool stuff. This morning I found a ton of old computer game manuals and buried with them was a complete Microsoft Flight Simulator copyrighted 1982-1984. It has maps, a thick binder of instructions and a San Francisco Bay Area scenery disk!! all on 5.25" floppy disks... haha On the front of the box has "Taking Off on RGB Monitors" wooooo! RGB?! wow! I vaguely remember playing this game. Anyone collect this stuff?
  12. It might be a bit much for some games, but my rule of thumb is a buck a cart no matter what system. In fact, those are my exact instructions to my wife if she finds any in her travels.
  13. The obvious exception, at least for me, is if they're selling carts only and it's apparent that they don't have a system to test it. But I agree, if it's a system or the like, it should be tested.
  14. Cool! Good luck with it ps. I couldn't get your game to run in stella, should I try getting the Z26 emulator?
  15. Not sure if anyone has posted this or not. But this site is holding a competition for game makers. There's a ton of fun looking 8-bit games there to play.
  16. If nobody else is interested in this I am. I've been looking for a cheap woodgrain for the kids' room and I can use the Atari Jr. plugs and switches for this. but what does this mean? I've never seen that disclaimer before.
  17. Been cleaning out the basement all weekend, didn't have time to sort out what I needed. From the look of it, I think we can make a deal on some items. When I get home tonight, I'll try to put something together. Just off the top of my head I can deal Jungle and Desert strike(cart only) and I need to check with the kids and see if the want to part with Streets of Rage and Gunstar Heroes(both are carts only)
  18. I'm still kind of new to ebay, but this looks quite peculiar. I first noticed a lot of Genny games going for a higher price than I thought. Perhaps Saturday bids go higher, but then when I clicked on one, I saw it was a "private bidder" aution. He only has 2 feedbacks. I suspect he's driving the prices up. Is he? http://cgi6.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?View...&sort=3&rows=50
  19. Do you have a list of Genny sports games you'd like to trade? I have some of those you want that I just don't care to have.
  20. I think a buck a game is a fair deal for those. I just bought 14 from AtariDude at a buck a piece +4 bucks for shipping. If I didn't have all of those, I'd buy them got any others? I'm trying to collect every Genesis sports game
  21. Dittoe. Same exact predicament here. Our basement gets water with a simple rain shower. We live in a valley near a creek. In fact, earlier this week, we had about 8 inches of rain. Luckily the power never went out (which it usually does). All the generaters are sold out, so I bought a marine battery and a bilge pump. So, hopefully if the power goes out for any length of time, we should be fine. Good Luck all!
  22. cool idea, I wish Philly had one
  23. yep.. and this time I have advance warning, proper transport.. and actually intend to pull it off.. Hell i've allready requested that weekend off A chance to throw some back with the great BeerGnome?! I'm in! In fact if we're in the new house by then, I can host!
  24. I can certainly appreciate that, but it just struck me as odd when I played the Madden 2004 game and it was pretty much the same game as I was playing on the Nomad(with a headphone port! and it was backlit!) which is what about 8-9 years old?
