  1. I played the crap out of the arcade version in college. That and Track and Field, my room mate and I would spend hours playing these two.
  2. Thanks guys. Yeah we're getting a nice collection going - trying to get each sports series nailed down then racing then whatever comes our way. If anyone's selling I'm interested
  3. I finally won one! Thanks for the help! not sure what happened here, last night I was out bid for this and decided to let it go, I woke up this morning an was greeted with a "congratulations you've won email"! http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?viewi...=ADME:X:ON:US:2
  4. Thanks for the heads up! I was hoping for a new one, but I don't see any coming up soon. I'll probably hit on this tonight
  5. damn! lost out on 3 Nomads today I'm going in heavy on the next one!
  6. looking for one in great condition with the accessories, if possible. I'd rather hand you guys my money instead of some estranged ebayer
  7. I realize the deceptiveness, but you really have to factor shipping into the final costs. Do you believe there are people who bid without this knowledge and then actually go through with paying for that? I suppose some do. I remember someone had the shipping fee buried deep into his description and there was nothing in the "shipping and handling" area. You really need to read the whole thing when bidding.
  8. you bonehead maibock! DC is with batteries(direct current) and AC is an electrical current(alternating currents)
  9. So, if I want to use it with batteries I would need either the "battery pack" or the AC adapter? The DC adapter is for an electrical outlet? Thanks for the help
  10. I'm knew to this handheld system and would like to purchase one, since I'm getting more and more Genesis games. I noticed on ebay that there seems to be a battery adapter and an A/C adapter. I understand the A/C part, but what's with the battery pack? Isn't there a place for the batteries on the system? or Do I need the adapter to use batteries? or is it a rechargable adapter? I'm kind of confused with this. Thanks
  11. yeah, me too. If nobody has guessed it yet, it's going to be a race for the finish
  12. Never heard of this game, so thanks, I'll keep an eye out for that one. Always looking to find unknown games to me which are fun.
  13. We have tournaments all the time when my kids have their buddies over - quick and fun with low learning curves is the recipe for fun. Target Fun - it gets exciting when the scores start flashing Indy500 - fast paced, furious action Boxing - very simple and fun Circus Atari - when beginners are playing, the games aren't too long and there's the humor factor Basketball - again, simple and fun
  14. sounds great! except I'm clear across the country. How about doing a whistlestop tour around the country
  15. Nice! good luck with it! Just curious, how did you come to the figure of $8,000 ?
  16. lol we call it the "He-man room" from the Little Rascal's "He-man Women's Hater Club"
  17. I must agree. Baseball Stars is still one of the best baseball games. It has it all(custom players, tournament mode, great gameplay, great feel, and pretty decent logitics) One of my favorite subtleties is climbing the wall and robbing a homerun, just an awesome added touch.
  18. I'm getting one as soon as we move into the new house This site should help http://www.arcadewerx.com/
  19. I disagree. I personally enjoy some of these moral debates. You can learn who and who not to deal with and see where some people are coming from. I'm a strong believer that you can tell a person's character by forming opionions based on reading quite a few posts by that person.
