Nintendo stops supporting last gen systems after a certain time...
Nintendo shuts down digital storefronts for said systems...
And Nintendo actively goes after people who 'still' want to play the old games with emulators because....
Nintendo only wants you to spend money on expensive & properitary systems that will become unavailable for sale in the near future.
And people wonder why I don't buy any Nintendo games??

I'm not surprise about that type of reaction about TotK since it is a direct sequel to BotW. I too am more used to the realistic style of open world games like the Fallout series but at least I give Nintendo credit for trying to make the genre palitable for the Japaneese audience.
Plus at least we didn't have to wait for another new Nintendo system to come out for another Zelda release.

Took a chance on buying an open-box desktop PC from Newegg. The built-in wifi antenna was weirdly ineffective, and partway through installing software the PSU started crapping out repeatedly. No thanks! Boxing it back up and sending it back, hopefully they won't keep trying to re-sell it. Fortunately shipping it back is free, just a big waste of time.

Without a proper steering wheel (like emulated) Super Sprint is DAMN hard.

Racing games like Super Sprint and Pole Position do not use analog steering but optical spinners which are read digitally by the machine. So instead of using the X-axis of an analog joystick in MAME, just map the joystick to the "Steer Left" and "Steer Right" which are used by the arrow keys.
You may have to adjust the digital speed in the Analog section to get the right feel, but trust me it works much better that way.

I was on Walgreen's website YESTERDAY. For a booster shot it said, WALK INS ONLY NO APPOINTMENTS. After waiting in line today for 40 minutes I was treated to a big sign that said due to demand one must schedule an appointment. Followed by a big QR code thing that does nothing (Like all QR thingies). I asked the lady, she said I need an appointment. I said OK then let's set one up. She said We don't do that here. ??? I said %^#%!! but only in my head. Then I asked How do I do that when your website says No Appointments? She said just download an app to your phone and...No! I'm not downloading anything to my phone! (To get my deal I need to keep my phone below 1G each month and...Doesn't matter!) Why do these assholes always want access to my phone??? I need beer... and chips and guac, and I need it fast.
