DEFINATELY!! Should't it be this one? Closer to Atari related.

Very interesting, I never heard of Collatz algorithm. After a quick google your program makes sense! Now that I have a Harmony, maybe I'ss give it a try since I've never found a Basic cart.

How big an SD REALLY needed? Still only using 141mb.

Would it be considered blasphemy to use this? -
I have a grip also, but alas, I prolly don't be havin' skilz.

Noob Question - What do you do with your carts?
Pioneer4x4 replied to Charles Nilsen's topic in Atari 2600
Man, I hate when you post those pictures... I might have to do that to my basement as I finish it. -
I'll second that... I wouldn't deliberately buy a Basic Programming cartridge except as part of a lot. I'd give it a value of about 10 cents. If I saw one for a buck, I'd buy it. Basically, I'll pay $1 for any game I don't have.

Intel Space Invaders Commercial 'Generations'

Anything like this? Good father and son time, Dad teaching his son how to think strategically! Wait, what's that in the background, what is Mom teaching... -
For me, the only 3 higher value (more than say $25) games I would actively be seeking are Spy Hunter, only because I bought it new, and returned it to the store because I thought is sucked so bad. Chase the Chuckwagon, out of nostagia of collecting. Custer's Revenge, I knew a guy that had it and remember playing it in maybe 1988 or 1989.

Holy crap, what is it's current street value loose? I saw it in the list that someone posted yesterday I think, and it never crossed my mind that it was valuable! I just noticed it as one I did not have. I know I don't have any "Q" games. I was trying to see if I could get one from each letter... Well, Q-Bert would set you back less... like a whole buck or so. Plus, I'm a dolt! I have Q*bert! I still need U,X,Z games. I just missed out on a Zaxxon recently...

Actually I have 5 atari 2600able consoles, none are light sixers. 4 wood 4 vader heavy six jr 7800 And my most common cart, since I hacked up a couple combats, is now Berzerk with 5 extras!

OK, to answer your original question. "I have a Hamony Cart so any point in still getting STARPATH SUPERCHARGER?" Only if you want to experience the true effect of waiting for the bars to fill the screen, and hoping you got the volume set OK... I would say, don't spend the bucks just to get one now, but if you stumble across one for cheap, obviously grab it. Plus it might be a cheap way to run other games on 2 machines.
-
I would add that it is a game that most casual collectors will never find in the wild, but remember how easy it could have been just to have ordered it back in the day.

I agree but my funds are severely limited so I try not to spend money on ways to play if I have it already covered. Playing on actually ATARI hardware is enough cool factor for me, I would rather put the same $$$$ towards something that will give me a different experience or enable me to play on another old classic console. I appreciate the comment though! I definitely can agree with that. I have 2 superchargers from back in the day, one I modified in the early 90s, and that is pretty much obsolete now that most of the roms have been patched to make that unneeded. The Starpath games were so much better than the norm. Compare the 2 froggers. ALso if you are going to combine, or get combined roms, do not combine the party mix games, there is 3 "loads" on the party mix tape, but it is not a multi load game, it is 5 separate games, with 2 of the loads having 2 games each. The only multi load games are; Dragonstomper Escape from the Mindmaster Survival Island Starpath - Arcadia - Joystick Games.zip Starpath - Arcadia - Paddle Games.zip

I might be interested in a couple of those 2600 games that I don't have but only for cheap... and maybe a couple of the manuals, but it would make sense to sell them loose. For example I need the instructions for Basketball and Othello, and would want both Quadrun and Slot Machine. Maybe we can work something out for those...

I work in IT, and we came a cross that last year, worth a ton of laughs. It is hard to use it purely for humor or instructional, without coming across as being a prick. (Which is why I posted again, just to try to explain I was mainly doing it for humor.) Either way, it was the second hit.

Is ET the only game Atari published with an actual trademarked logo?
Pioneer4x4 replied to SRGilbert's topic in Atari 2600
The "R" in KRULL on the end label shure looks like the same font to me. -
The poor picture quality is probably more due to low light, and too far away, then cropped.
-
Well that sucks, now there is no reason NOT to buy it, other than $$.
-
If it isn't easy, I probably won't be able to do it. Thanks though! I tried your maze game, very nice, it took me 8 minutes to complete. Nice smooth controls too. Well if Batari Basic ever support Superchargers natively I will be pleased! Thanks again.
