-Shoots the pipes first to get the most points out of it. (the number of point always goes down, the number of points is located right below the pipes). -Try keeping the BONUS letters as long as possible, then shoots the letters in order. (the bonus point increase every time you hit a target, see right corner for the point value) When BONUS is completed, you will get the points. If you don't get it in order you will not get any points. -In the upper left corner different items will appear. Extra Bullets, extra points. Just shoot at it to receive the extra. ...or you will loose points or bullets. This is probably why you are loosing bullets without knowing it! -To get extra bullets shoot the boxes with number in it. 10 or 5. You can also shoot in the bonus window located in the left corner.

FYI: If you use the joystick port #2 you can drop the bombs by pressing down.

Yes every 20k is the right setting. The "after wave 5" is from last week contest ... copy/paste error.

By default you should have 5. At the beginning of the game you should see 5 men at the bottom. Then 1 second later your first man will appear on the board and you will have 4 in reserve and one on the play field.

I have the same problem with mame 106. With 119 it seems to be OK except that I don't receive any extra ship after completing the 5th screen.
