  1. I managed to sell ALL my Atari HES titles to the one buyer. As I am not collecting anymore this is my last post here. Thanks very much to everyone who helped me build my collection...unfortunate it all had to go but that's life.

  2. Nooo, why eBay? I wish you would have offered some up privately first.

I can make more money on eBay. Because I am mainly selling due to needing the money, I put that first rather than doing the noble thing of offering it to the community directly. If I didn't need the money I would offer it to places like here first. Though, if I didn't need the money I probably wouldn't be selling.

  3. Just go bankrupt or later you will regret this. Don't know how practical it is to buy stuff from Australia when I live in the US.

Just buy it all and go bankrupt! Ha ha, just kidding. International postage can be a bitch for sure. I actually think eBay has screwed up and some of the postage costs on my listings display higher than what they should be, bastards.

  4. I sadly need the money, what else can I say? I am selling everything except my Megadrive games as it is my favourite console. I will use 75% of the money made for boring debt and bills, I will probably use the rest to boost my Megadrive collection.

I am not listing my Atari HES titles as of yet as I have a potential buyer outside of ebay. It he doesn't purchase I will list them all also.

  5. There are not many HES collectors out there. am I alone now?

I think HES collectors are far and few between. There are quite a few NES collectors but not Atari, I listed quite a few HES titles today on my eBay but not 2600............yet. I'll let you, and everyone know when I list the Atari stuff.

But for now, here what I listed: eBay Seller: flatuswalrus1?ff3=10&pub=5574883395&toolid=10001&campid=5336500554&customid=&mpt=[CACHEBUSTER]

  6. You might want to come back to completing your HES collection when the finances straighten out.

Yeah I hear you, but I reckon I'm going sell everything and just focus on Megadrive. I think half of the money I get from selling it all will go towards more Megadrive games and the rest to paying off bills and the likes. Are you still collecting 2600 carts or just sticking with your multi-cart thing you have?

  7. Hey everyone, I thought I would post a message to say if anyone finds anything I need don't worry about letting me know as I have come to a point now where I am probably going to sell all my games due to financial difficulties and this hobby is becoming increasingly more expensive as time progresses. I appreciate everyone's help in finding me some of the games I need but I will not be collecting any more, except for Megadrive games as they are my true gaming love.

When I decide to list everything I will post here in case anyone wishes to get some Atari HES stuff.

  8. It's probably pointless bumping and looking for these games here, because if someone has the remaining ones I need, I asume they would rather keep them than sell.

I will do one more bump though, for good measure then leave it for a while.

    So, here it goes.......bump!

  9. BUMP

    Games in plastic clam-shell cases

    01) Pitfall II (only need case)

    Games in cardboard boxes

    01) 2 Pak Special - Motocross / Boom Bang

    02) 2 Pak Special - Star Warrior / Frogger

    03) Pigs 'n' Wolf

    Games in blister-packs

    01) Cosmic Ark

    02) Riddle of the Sphinx

  10. I'm not sure Star Voyager were ever sold in blister pack. There's a good change that it was though.

I have only seen a photo of Cosmic Ark & Riddle of the Sphinx in the blister packs. I have never seena photo of a Star Voyager blister pack, I only added it as I was told it existed. If no one can provide a photo I will assume it does not exist.

  11. BTW, Dane: I'm still looking for (high quality) missing HES scans.

lol, my level of enthusiasm is always there for my initial scans, but after I find out I did shit scans and have to do them again, I can never conjure the motivation to do them a second time. The same thing happened with NintendoAge as it did with yourself. I provided scans but they were not of correct size or quality.

  12. Are you 100% sure that Star Voyager came in a blister-pak ? I have never seen one before and don't know anyone who has one, if you have this please post some pics.

Yes I agree, I have never seen it before but when someone posts something I just half-ass update the list without too much thought lol. I am sure Schitti wouldn't say it exists if he hasn't seen it, but I would like to see a pic also to confirm. If NO ONE can provide a pic I will remove it from my list.

I have NEVER seen individual packaging for the "cardboard box" releases of Fire Fighter, Laser gates or Quick Step. I have only seen cart only pics, and since they are all included in some kind of 2 Pak Special I'm not sure of their existence. Does anyone have pics of these to confirm?

  14. It's no use asking in this thread for the last remaining plastic case. If anyone here had Pitfall II they wouldn't give it up or sell so I'll have to handle this one myself. Although I have no high hopes in finding it I will still keep searching, at least it gives me a reason to live, ha. Maybe I will just have to start doing some random break-and-enters and search through people's closets.

Still after those remaining cardboard box one's though!

  15. I'm more curious than you hope the package is coming soon. ;)

False alarm, the Star Voyager was just the standard Imagic release. I sent the shop an email, not a nasty one but just told them to be more careful as I've just wasted $20 on that because of them. I don't know how much the standard CIB goes for but I doubt it would be $20? Oh well.
