  1. Damn, Cash Converters. That means it would of been less than $10. Oh well I'll just have to cry myself to sleep tonight. Your avatar also interests me as well as your literary enchantment. I feel so gay after saying that
  2. Did it just go on eBay? If so.....POOP LOG! I don't really search any eBay's other than Australia, maybe I should start. Interesting bit of trivia there, that is amusing indeed.
  3. Yes indeed, it is very impressive to own them all, & I can definitely say that from living in Australia & knowing how often any of them surface. I have not actively searched or hunted for C64 "YET", but have browsed occasionally whilst looking for other system's H.E.S. releases. In the last however many months I have only noticed 1 C64 H.E.S. title on AUS eBay (can't remember which one), but it went for around AUS$50. Did you acquire all of yours from Australia? Or found some else around overseas? Also I have NEVER really searched a C64 site or forum. Do you know of any C64 sites which have a forum & an enthusiastic community to which I may post a "Wanted H.E.S." thread? Not that I will get too many offers lol.
  4. Yeah that would be great! Sending PM shortly.
  5. OH MY GOD! I have been tryin' to find a comprehensive or as close to list for the C64 HES releases for ages but couldn't find one. Your is the best I've seen. Maybe more official sites have a list but I couldn't find one as there aren't all user friendly. Now I can finally add a search to eBay & start tryin' to hunt down those suckers. Please don;t tell me where you live though or I'll have to fly to the U.K. & MURDER you to get them! lol, just kidding. BTW, did HES release any cassette games for the C64 or only carts?
  6. Yeah, it's HES... it's the same style case and inlay all the C64 cart releases have by them in Australia. Wow really? Do you have one of these? The only reason I ask is that every single HES game I have for the 2600, C64, SMS & NES all say H.E.S. somewhere on the case, box or cart. I have seen that Pitfall! for sale on eBay Australia a few times & have asked the sellers if it says "H.E.S." anywhere on it at all & the answer was always no. Which lead me to believe there's no way it could be H.E.S. I'm not saying your wrong as you might very well be far more knowledgeable than I. May I ask do you have this variant & how do you know for sure it is H.E.S.? I would very much like to know as I have let a couple slip through my fingers due to me thinking it definitely ain't H.E.S.
  7. Cool I certainly am interested, PM sent! & thanks for that info on Wing War, I didn't actually know that.
  8. I have acquired a few more HES titles lately & have added a list to the first post which is a list of the games I still need.
  9. I got them all second hand, I wouldn't have been able to afford them all brand new unfortunately. I got some off eBay (fee-gay) & some from second hand stores over the years. Some of their boxes are in great condition, some not so good.
  10. I am new here & didn't find it in the search. I was hoping it wasn't already posted & that's why I apologized in advance just in case it had already been put up here. I'll apologize again, I am sorry.
  11. This is not my auction, just thought some of you might find it interesting. Apologies if this has already been posted. eBay Auction -- Item Number: 250611632870
  12. Unfortunately I do not lol. There are many more indeed, especially the promo packs like the big box Donkey Kong Gold one I have. But as for the normal units in their different colors I nearly have them all (Australian released ones).
  13. Hey there, no I have never seen that particular cover before. All my HES titles have "Home Entertainment Suppliers" written on the back of the cover on both the plastic & cardboard case/box releases. It also might be a 5200 game. Does the cartridge have a somewhat circular grove on either side towards the top of the cart? If it does I would guess it's for the 5200 & is an American release, which would mean it couldn't be HES. Cool cover though, I like it!
  14. Bump goes the weasel. Just got Star Warrior & Private Eye, so I'm up to 40 boxed/cased HES titles now. Still looking for any I don't have.
  15. Hi, I only collect HES releases for the Atari 2600 which I have about 60 of, other than that it's a mix of NES, Master System, Megadrive, SNES & Game Boy stuff. So sorry for the lack the Atari stuff.
  16. Unfortunately I had to get them off "Fee-Bay". They were a bit more than what I would have normally paid but oh well.
  17. Well I just got two more 2 Pak Specials in their boxes. 2 Pak Special - Challenge & Surfing 2 Pak Special - Planet Patrol & Wall Defender So I'm getting there. It's so hard to find them in decent condition though.
  18. That's ok buddy, just after people who have them and are willing to trade, you big tease you.
  19. This thread is no longer needed as I am not collecting anymore, thanks to everyone who helped me along the way. It was fun but like everything else in life including life itself, it has to end eventually.
  20. Not sure if this has been discussed before so sorry if it has. I have been hounding the company for a list of HES releases for their retro consoles. They never sent me an answer to my question but instead sent me a list of Atari Lynx games which they either still make or are just selling from left over stock that didn't originally sell. Thought some people might find this info interesting as I certainly did. Click the below link to see the form they sent me via email. http://otiose.50webs.net/NintendoAge/LYNX.ods
  21. I know there are lists on the net that a collector can survive off to tick and flick as they get more titles. It just pisses me off that the company seem to forget their past. I don't believe they don't have a list lying around somewhere. I probably won't get anything out of them but at least it's fun harassing them. I did get one thing out of them though, they sent me a brochure in the mail with a list of Atari Lynx games which they said they still make, interesting.
  22. I live in Australia and have about 42 boxed HES games for various systems (2600, NES & SMS). I also have contacted Home Entertainment Suppliers requesting some kind of list I can use to tick off games as I get them. But like all of you I didn't get very far. I don't think the reason for them not providing a list would have anything to do with any "dodgy" dealings in the past. Yes some of their stuff was unofficial but they weren't exactly criminals. I don't ever recall any news of them loosing any law-suits or being sued over anything. It is possible for a company to loose vast amounts of old information due to fire damage or any other disaster or accident. I do not recall and can't find anything in regards to that happening with the company either. The more I try to find out the more interested I become in trying to do so and the mystery grows. Maybe that's what they're purposely trying to do the bastards! Anyway, all I can do is keep my eye out for more of their games which I do. This is sometimes hard though as people normally list games by their name only and don't think to include the company name in the title or description page. So therefore I just trail through the images on my searches hoping to see any game bearing a plastic case. I am still continuing to harrass the company & I won't stop until I am victorious! The HES games I have so far all in their cases for the 2600 are: Boxing Bump N' Jump California Games Chopper Command Commando Decathlon Demon Attack Enduro Ghostbusters Go For Gold Pak (Summer Games & Winter Games) Hot Action Pack (4 in 1) Keystone Kapers Kung-Fu Master My Golf Pitfall! Rad Action Pack (4 in 1) Rampage River Raid River Raid II Skate Boardin' Smash Hit Pack (5 in 1) Star Master Super Action Pack (4 in 1) Super Hit Pack (5 in 1) Tennis Title Match Pro Wrestling
