  2. Sorry for long delay, was too busy, I cleaned the contacts, tested in a new Atari, used a more powerful power supply, but the problem remained the same.

Hello, I am Brazilian and bought my Harmony Cartridge in 07/2011, but only use it recently, my Atari was not working, I fix it and started a use the Harmony Cartridge, sometimes had to turn off and on the Atari to work (was spinning on the screen), but now has stopped, does not work, stays on the screen spinning, I tried upgrade in the firmware, use another Atari, change the cards, and nothing, I think it broke, what do I do? Can you help? How do I contact the manufacturer? I really like the Harmony and I was very sad. Thanks, Eduardo Dias Sorry for bad english...
