Hey, I'm, err...Canadian!  Yeah, hockey sticks and maple syrup, eh?  I was just curling the other day with some of my buds and they were like, "Let's go to Timmies for a double-double, eh?" But I said, "No thanks.  I'm just going to grab some Kraft dinner and a two-four in the way home.  Need to save all my loonies for an LTO Flash from Joe Zed "

    Well done! 😂😂😂

This is the Super Video Arcade I picked up today from a nice lady selling her kids old stuff.   Came with a boxed Intellivoice and two boxed games.

It does have a display issue as described in a post I created in the main forum.  The lady will return my money but it’s so pretty I don’t want to return it.  I think it should be saved.

And if Steve passes, let me know. I’m searching  for a great condition Sears Video Arcade (preferably NOT working, but intact).

    cheers Chris!

Apparently Canadians hoard these things. Lol

Very cool, thanks for the info. A couple of things not listed in the part numbers at the top:

International boxes with no slots on back. Not sure the logic of these but they have just the screenshots on the back

like the slotted versions, but no actual slots.

The multi-language manuals. I only have pics of a couple right now but there seems to be no connection I can see in the part numbers

    Aye aye chaps,

I'm a bit late to the party, but I'd like to offer up some TV POWWW goodies in support of Oscar.  I will manufacture and sell three Intellivision voice triggers, as demonstrated in my Virtual Expo talk.  All proceeds will go to Oscar.

PM me if you are interested, three highest offers by close of play Sunday win!

Substantial offers might tempt me into making limited edition TV POWWW cartridges to go with the interface, possibly with hand made boxes like the one I put together for IMDI if you go really nuts:

(if this happens I think I will technically have "made a game").

Anyway, your chance to own something quite unusual in support of a good cause

    Cheers

Well it seems that this definitely would be something I'd want, especially since I keep asking you to make a game. 😂 PM will

    be incoming.

I may have a good FCTVVO NBA Basketball for you - due to the holiday do you mind waiting a bit for confirmation?

Lol. I was about to say the same thing. If Frank doesn't have one let me know and I'll check. I feel like I might have one. Shipping would be much cheaper from him too.

It's getting harder to find double labeled carts I don't already have, but persistence paid off with my recent acquisition of Triple Action.  I've seen a few BurgerTimes, but haven't been able to snag one yet.  It's high on my wishlist (along with any others I don't already have).

Awesome! I’m slowly getting there myself.

It's the best one of them all.. has that 70's futuristic look to it.

BTW.. I worked at the Sears Parts Department in Hicksville, NY.    We had tons of parts for the Tele-Games systems...

A little fun nostalgia about the Sears box(es) the number that starts with "49" was for Division 49.  Everything Sears had was by division, or department.  So 26 was Lawn and Garden... etc.  If I recall properly... 49 was Home Entertainment/TV's.   Then the number after was the specific Sears part number.  So the SSVA was 49-75022.  Everything Sears makes had some kind of number similar to this on its boxes.

Flip it over and you'll see the model number, which gives you "497.75022".  The model number was again... Division "49", I think "7" was for games or something...most likely specific to the game system, then the part number to finish it off...which as you can easily see... matched the box part code.

I think the boxes were cut in that spot for the box model numbers to send in to Sears to purchase maintenance contracts.  It's the only thing I can think of that would explain why the boxes have them all cut out.

That’s very cool info, thanks for sharing that. 👍🏻
