Bought a Pac-Man tamagotchi on sale last week. Noticed while ringing at work yesterday it managed to break off my lanyard & dissappear. I can only assume it ended up in someone's bag.

I am surprisingly upset by this- especially knowing that, even if it does turn up/get returned, it will probably have died from lack of care. (And of course, the sale is over now so a replacement is 1 1/2 times more expensive.) 😫

Do you say "Halloween" or "Holloween"? I've noticed most people say it like the a sound like in "cat", but some pronounce it as the o sound like in "dog".

I watched a few of those "Kids react to [insert ancient piece of technology]" videos, and I find it kinda funny how they can't figure out how to turn something on and just call it horrible.

There's only about 10 feet of tree left and all the branches are down.  It's no longer a threat to the house.  Now the backyard is going to be a mess when they start cutting down the two trees back there.

Watching Krull for the first time in about 30 years.  It's way worse than I remember it being. A *bit* surprising, since I still enjoy a lot of 70s and 80s fantasy/sci-fi, even cheesy, low-budget stuff.  Sometimes that's half hte fun. Maybe my expectations were too high.

Often forgotten part of pandemic: how's everyone's pets holding up? Loving all the attention? My cat nearly died a week ago but he's on the mend now and loving people home 24/7!

I became a fan of Angela.

Little bastard got out again last night. He must be jumping the gate. Maybe he can't get a good enough run up on the other side to get back in. At least we now know he can find his way home and get our attention when he wants to come in.

Hope nobody thinks cats are stupid or creatures of habit. Cat's back after a week. Couldn't get in over the back gate like he used to, so resorted to mewing very loudly outside the front window.
